Skin irritation
I finally got my ultrasound and first tried the gel in the pack but I now have bumps in the area on my neck. I switched to aloe vera but it still hasn't settled. I am wondering if I am reacting to the gel or the ultrasound itself. I have got inflammatory rosacea. Anyone else experienced this? Thank you

Dorsal vagal overactivation?
I've been going slow with introducing US stimulation to my R vagus daily since last Sunday. My stimulus dose has been 30s to 90s. I've noticed an increased sense of hopelessness and feeling shut down and almost dead inside. I haven't changed anything else in my daily and weekly routine. I am recovering from severe neuroimmune terrain collapse and have made great strides, but this has felt very disheartening. Only thing I can think to do is take a few days off to allow the terrain to integrate the coaxing from the US and restart back at 30s without increasing length of time for a while. Has anyone else had this experience?

This has my attention, I have also been diagnosed with CIRS. I am feeling a bit of what you described as well but I didn't even occur to me to be related. I have just been doing the left side, taking a short break after some inlamed pustules came up in the location I was using the US. I am going to try the cerebral cortex tomorrow. Thanks for asking the question, hope you feel better.
Ultrasound Therapy for Lymphatic Drainage
What a huge difference this has made. I started with my armpits and have moved to my neck. After a goods nights rest the difference in puffiness is very noticeable! Drop a like and comment below your experience with using ultrasound on lymph 😊

Has anyone had a flare up of pustules on the neck, where the ultra is used for the vagus nerve?
