Hi Heather, the fix is to upload the same file you used to upload the cover of your eBook on Amazon. That is the 2d JPG front cover of the book. You seem to have uploaded a 3d composite of your book, which by default carries a transparent background to give it that 3d feel. That messes up the code in Sonder. If you go to "my books" tab and click "replace cover", you'll be able to upload the correct cover and the software should behave as expected. B-Roll Upload Error for New Book

I am uploading a new book and am getting an error when uploading the B-Roll. It’s a .mov file. I tried using b-roll from another book that is already uploaded and being used in Sonder and it wouldn’t upload that either.

Fixed and live, Rich. Give it another go. This one was ours. When you add a clip, your browser is meant to tell us what kind of file it is, and every so often it just doesn't. Ours was then passing the clip on unlabelled, and storage won't accept a file it can't identify. We've now worked it out. Sorry for the run around. Give me a shout on [email protected] if it plays up again. I'm more responsive there.

Slideshow problem

Hi. I tried to make a slideshow and chose my yoga book (green) and added my cover and interior pics. I pasted a link of a viral video from TT, but the slideshow used pictures of pregnant women. I do have a Yoga for Pregnancy book, but I wasn't using it. I think I may have lost a credit. Not sure because I don't remember what it was before I started.

Hi Lynn, Slideshows consume a credit when you press the "create slideshow" button, after that you can change the image to suit your needs. If you clicked to recreate an already gone viral post, Sonder will use a similar image as the viral post, if this isn't adequate, you just then need to change it with the "change this picture" button.
