(Long post-bear with me) I'd been getting ZERO views on my TikTok videos since September and nothing seemed to help. I paused, warmed-up the account again and started liking and posting, still nothing. **It turns out I had a duplicate account that I had created a couple of years ago that TikTok had logged me into on my laptop.** The account name was almost the same as my new one, so I hadn't noticed. Since the account was made before Sonder, I didn't know about "warming up", so that's why I never got views. I deleted the old account and now I'm warming up the account I made recently and will start posting again soon.

The video title in the beginning obscures the face of the book! It would be nice to have the option of the videos not have the video title on the video. It really serves no purpose and is really annoying. The subtitles are fine. It's the additional title that comes up with the subtitles in the beginning that is annoying. @Michael Langdon

I just generated another video, and one of the figures has four arms and four hands at one point. Plus, the drone controllers are not consistent between scenes. Sometimes they look like controllers; other times they look like an iPad or an oversized phone. I can't post this; I'll be laughed at. Can I get credits refunded for the goofed-up video? @Michael Langdon

Hey everyone, this might be asking a lot, but I'm hoping someone has run into this. I have a brand with 2 books where I teach Spanish. I was making the videos myself (I'm a fluent Spanish speaker), but it was taking up too much time, so I decided to give Sonder a try. The first video came out great. The only problem is that my scripts mix English and Spanish, and the voiceover reads everything in English, including the Spanish words, so the pronunciation is off. Is there a way around this? Maybe adding some kind of code or tag in the script, or a direction before the Spanish words so it switches pronunciation? Or am I out of luck for now, and should I use my account for a different brand instead? Any tips appreciated 🙏
