I have p;enty but really need to know more about your gym experience age etc etc. first things first,if your new to jiujitsu. the best training is going to be more jiujitsu...however if your trying to increase your performance in both I guess. I would start with developing a strong and stable core and hips. initially focusing on single leg work and calistenics is where the money is.. Build up your mobility and relative strength and endurance for maybe 10-12 weeks before you splash out on the power lifts. a couple of days a week working on pull ups chins rows,BSS and single leg deadlifts, dips etc along with good core work and yelding Isometric training would be my recommendation for anyone starting out in BJJ and I have been training in both for over 20 years
