He’s precious! Here are my babies
9 Ways to lose a customer.
1 - Show up late or don’t show up at all! 2 - Don’t clarify any details on the haircut if the customers instructions are not clear. They don’t know what they want anyways! 3 - If you’re not sure shave it off. Shorter is ALWAYS better. 4 - Don’t bother cleaning the dogs butt, dingle berries for one dingle berries for all! 5 - Skip steps in the groom, and blame it on the dog for not cooperating! 6 - Take hours and hours to compete the groom. If you don’t have the dog for at least 5 hours you’re not trying hard enough! 7 - Forget to call the owners when you’re done. This makes it look like you worked harder and longer on their dog! 8 - Leave nicks, cuts, and scratches on the dogs skin. The more blood in the fur the better! 9 - Leave poop and pee on the floor, specially in the lobby where your customers can step in it! This is also a great way to aromatize the salon 👍🏼

.i hate being late for anything. And my wife has OCD and She’s a perfectionist. I recommend to not rush to get finished. It may take more time. Just know eventually you will start getting more and more add ons and larger TIPS
