FIRST SALE !!!
Yep, cant believe it...... Had my etsy store for a number of years now trying various things and following different strategies and people and getting I think, 2 sales. HOWEVER after following Toms FREE info and giving this a go, my first sale has come through on the eve of 30/08/26 after me joining Print shrimp early July. So just over a month and 100 posters uploaded, I get my first sale. Awesome and such a positive direction. Keep building and keep going.

@Joanne Taylor Thank you...😁
Uploading ??
I wonder if anyone can advise ? I was wondering now my monthly credit has refreshed, I have another 50 Posters to upload. Does anyone suggest drip feeding ETSY, ie 2 or 5 posters a day ? Or does this not affect the process for the Algorithm to gain maximum benefits from Etsy and is just the same results if I upload all 50 in one hit ? Thanks in advance for any help with this.

@Daniel Walter Makes sense.... Nice one... Keep going !!
Email Ive sent to Print Shrimp... Has anyone else had this ? Ive had no reply as yet.
Below is the email I sent to print Shrimp this morning : Hi Guys Ive been waiting on my plan to renew for 50 uploads this month. Today is the reset day and this morning it said 50 of 50 left... So i decided to spread my uploads over the month to sort of drip feed etsy, as Id assume this would be better for SEO and the Algorithm etc... I tried to upload 2 images a few minutes back, and ONE uploaded and the other failed, and it said Insufficient credits... When I looked it says 0 of 50 available ??? END OF EMAIL. Its saying insufficient credits... Yet I have only managed to upload ONE out of the two I wanted to this morning and even in the options for the one uploaded its saying BUY CREDITS... Can anyone else offer any idea as to why this has happened ? Im trying to get going with uploading but the day is slipping away. Cheers

My Flabbers are Gasted
This is not a direct PrintShrimp win.. but I just sold a slim canvas print.. I'm like ... woaahhh someone actually spent that much money on my enchanted mailroom lol I just put them there as an option and to pad out my shop never really expect to sell the expensive canvas items... It's going to be winging its way to San Francisco *wanders off slightly dazed*

Congrats !!!! As to your comment about why would someone spend on your art !!!! I think its a thing that probably a lot of creative people suffer from, me being one of them. I can create things and often feel it was little effort or easy for me to create, enjoyable but easy etc etc.... And this leaves me often thinking no one will see anything in this or If I can do it then anyone can. However this is definitely not the case and its people who appreciate the creative process and its value that we need to seak. Art is a very personal thing and a style or colour or method can be shown to a million people, but you only need one to say WOW I like that, and theres your first fan. Keep creating and keep going..🫠
First Sale 🥳
Good morning and hello to you all 😊. This is a bit of a long post just to warn you! I have been lurking in the background reading posts, watching videos and preparing posters since June, and finally pressed the publish button on my Etsy shop on 1st August. Well it’s an old shop, but new to the posters. I needed to do something to try and earn a bit of cash as I haven’t been able to do much work over the last year due to an injury. I came across a video of Tom explaining how you could make money from creating and selling posters and decided to give it a go! My posters are travel posters recreated from my own photos I have taken on various holidays and trips. I do love to take a photo or two! So far I have created over 250 posters, but have only managed to put 48 on Etsy so far with the room mock ups etc. I will eventually use the bulk loading tool but I’m enjoying just taking my time with them at the moment. I recently ordered a few samples directly from Printshrimp to see how the matt and satin finishes looked and what the quality of the paper was like, and I have to say that the quality of the printing and depth of colours was amazing. The matt finish was so velvety. I wasn’t sure what to expect so it was reassuring to know I have no worries about what the customer is receiving. I have now ordered 5 posters for my own home 🤦🏽‍♀️ which isn’t going to make me any money 🤣. I was going to post this yesterday and say that I needed to get more posters listed to hopefully generate a first sale, and then last night I got my first one! Unfortunately my phone was on silent so I didn’t experience the kerching 😂. But that has given me the boost to get on and list more and see what happens! So this post is to say hello and say a big thanks to Printshrimp for the great job they are doing. I haven’t come across another POD company that is so free with their information and has a community like this. It’s fun reading all the posts and you soon get to know who has been on here a while and is a font of knowledge! It’s great that everyone is so helpful because I have definitely found some aspects of the process confusing and the answers have usually been on here somewhere.

@Carla Learoyd Hi Carla, I did assume that narrowing my area to what I have done would maybe strangle the audience, but after research, all fingers pointed to it being a good solid niche. I have also thought about just adding more variety ones to my store as well as we have 3 templates to go at with the basic package, so I could maybe add further afield travel destinations to maybe scoop some more visitors, but along with Toms advice on setting one niche up and build that for a while and hopefully gain some traction, thats basically what I was doing...Im not giving up on it at all, I was just interested as to whether ads had been used... Id assume with the listing tool and templates, that should give the best optimization for the what we are selling, so ill keep plodding away at it and hope something clicks.. Cheers Mike
