"Higgsfield costs" angle
Trying to recreate some of Higgsfield Festival submissions to show you can do the same using my Lora Pilot (www.lorapilot.com) project for 1/50 of the price. First sample video below (generation costs around $1.4). Any feedback welcome. What do you think, is this a good angle to promote my product?

I built an open-source workspace for image and video generation
I've been building LoRA Pilot, a free, open-source workspace that brings image generation, video workflows and model training into one place. This short demo shows a still image becoming a video shot. The underlying tools include Invoke for creating and editing images, and ComfyUI for more configurable workflows. My part is the layer around them: managing services, downloading models, preparing datasets and keeping the project together. A workflow worth borrowing if you're building creative tools for clients: Get the reference image right first, then test one simple camera move. Check the whole clip for drifting objects, broken hands and background changes. Save the workflow and settings alongside the output, then change one thing per revision. Keeping those files matters when someone asks for another version a week later. A finished MP4 tells you very little about how to reproduce it. You can run it on suitable hardware or a rented GPU. The software is free; cloud compute and storage aren't. You also take responsibility for updates, backups and access. An idle GPU is still very enthusiastic about billing you.. @Yonas Workayehu thanks for the feedback :)
Building Forma: pay-as-you-go image and video generation
Sharing a product I've built: Forma, a browser studio for generating images, editing them and turning stills into video. No subscription. Users top up a balance and see the price for their chosen model and settings before generating. The audience I'm aiming at is people who need a handful of assets for a project, then might not generate anything for weeks. Paying for an idle tool gets old. Three decisions from the build that might be useful if you're wrapping paid AI APIs: 1. Reserve the quoted amount before sending the job. Two requests arriving together shouldn't both spend the same balance. 2. Treat a timeout differently from a confirmed failure. If the provider accepted the job but the response got lost, immediately retrying can create a second bill. Reconcile the original job first. 3. Keep each user's media and history separate. Forma's library is private by default, with no public feed. That doesn't mean generation happens locally; third-party model providers still process the request. I'm keeping the scope small: a straightforward studio, usage-based pricing and private libraries. No team workspace or campaign automation bolted on just to fill a pricing tier. @Genki Nakamura thank you Genki. Just one of many .. :)
Hello everyone
I’m Filip, originally from Slovakia 🇸🇰 and currently working hands-on in hotel operations in Austria. I’m building my own project , focused on exploring opportunities in hospitality, mainly independent 3-4 stars hotels, but also restaurants, cafés, bars, and the wider industry. Where I’m currently at: I’m in the early discovery phase, reaching out to people, having conversations and discovery calls, and trying to understand the real challenges hospitality businesses face. I’m particularly interested in what’s happening behind the scenes: everyday operational challenges, inefficient processes, what’s working well, and where better systems, technology, or AI automation could genuinely make a difference. I’m also exploring areas like guest experience, online reputation, and reviews. My approach is pretty simple: Understand the industry, listen to people with real experience, identify recurring problems, and only then figure out whether there’s something worth solving or building. Why I’m here: I’d love to learn from this community, share my own experiences and findings, contribute wherever I can, and connect with people who have similar interests. I’m especially interested in connecting with: - Hospitality professionals: Anyone working in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or bars or whether you’re an owner, manager, or part of the day-to-day team. - Builders and service providers: People developing systems, AI solutions, automations, or other services for hospitality businesses. - People from Slovakia 🇸🇰 or Czechia 🇨🇿: I’d particularly love to connect with people familiar with these markets, exchange experiences, and understand the challenges, opportunities, and what’s actually happening locally. I’m not here to pitch anything. I’m genuinely interested in learning, exchanging perspectives, building relationships, and hopefully contributing something useful along the way. If any of this resonates with you, feel free to drop a comment or send me a DM! Would love to hear what you’re working on, what challenges you’re seeing, or simply connect and exchange ideas.

@Filip Cerevko My ADHD brain demands that I work on multiple projects at the same time. I've created 40 products since january, now trying not to work on anything new and focus on launching/supporting few of my favorite projects. For example tonight I've spent most of the time on content generation for my new YouTube channel dedicated to stable diffusion (image&video generation) - many of my project are SD related, including my oldest one (www.lorapilot.com).

@Filip Cerevko would not saying like that, I like close-to-impossible projects. Crazy challenges people keep claiming have no solution. Did few things I’m quite proud of. Not for money, not for fame, most of them just sit in my private github repos - I like proving to myself that someone is wrong 😅 or that a single guy can do something better than a company with 5k employees. Here’s the YT channel: https://m.youtube.com/@StableDiffusionforMasses?ra=m Need to add some eye candy content, so far I’ve focused on tutorial and weird benchmarks.
Hi, community! 👋 I need your help, please.🙏🙏🙏😫🙏🙏🙏
Could you tell me which platform I can use to create videos with this exact quality or better, and how much it would cost to produce around 30 per month with the same style and quality? Thank you so much for your support! 🙌

hey. I am the creator of Lora Pilot (www.lorapilot.com) and a bunch of other stable diffusion (image/video generation) related products. To answer your question regarding the cost estimate - if you're asking about 30 10-seconds videos, you can definitely produce them for around $10 with current open source models. Check my Youtube channel for examples of 30s videos created for under $0.75 (Lora Pilot MCP playlist I think); https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6nOaQKTKG0gjrDd3_1_7mQ
