Thoughtful Tuesday
“Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends leave footprints in your heart.” — Eleanor Roosevelt One of life's greatest blessings isn't found in things... It's found in people. The ones who have known you through different seasons of life. Who've celebrated your wins. Encouraged you when things were hard. Made you laugh when you needed it most. Those friendships are rare...and they're worth appreciating. Who is someone that's been a positive part of your life for many years? No need to tag them unless you want to. Just take a moment today to appreciate the people who've made the journey a little brighter. 🌈☀️

Wacky Wednesday
The future depends on what you do today." — Mahatma Gandhi If you could travel back and give yourself ONE piece of advice from five years ago, what would it be? Would it be: 💥 Worry less 💥 Start sooner 💥 Buy the thing 💥 Take the trip 💥 Trust yourself 💥 Stop listening to criticism (even your own) 💥 Something else? The fun part is this: the advice you'd give your past self might be exactly what your current self needs to hear today. Drop your answer below. 👇

This is not so much advice from my past self as general advice - you never know what tomorrow will bring soooo….Don’t save the wine and chocolates! DRINK THE WINE, EAT THE CHOCOLATES 😊
🌻 Wacky Wednesday: Water the Flowers, Not the Weeds☀️
"If you look for what's good, you'll find something good." — Walt Disney Imagine two gardens. One is filled with worries, frustrations, and all the things that aren't going right. The other is filled with possibilities, solutions, gratitude, and the small steps that move you forward. Here's the interesting part: Both gardens grow! Whatever we water tends to get bigger. That doesn't mean we ignore challenges or pretend everything is perfect. It simply means that after we identify a problem, our energy is often best spent looking for solutions rather than repeatedly replaying the problem. 🧠 A Little Science Your brain's Reticular Activating System (RAS) acts like a filter. When you focus on something, your brain becomes more likely to notice related information and opportunities. It's one reason why focusing on solutions can help us spot possibilities that we might otherwise miss. ✅ Today's Challenge Take a moment and ask yourself: What's one thing going right in your life right now? And... What's one small step you can take toward a solution instead of focusing on the problem? Drop your answer below. Let's spend today watering the garden we want to grow. 🌱 #WackyWednesday #4Cubed #FocusOnWhatMatters #SolutionMindset #44DayChallenge

My 11 minutes today— this is what I know to be true, the next focus wheel will be more things I want to be and just don’t quite believe it yet:-)
Trust the Process Tuesday
"Small disciplines repeated with consistency every day lead to great achievements gained slowly over time."— John C. Maxwell Before we jump into today's 11 minutes, let's reflect for a moment... How did Day 1 feel? Did you feel more relaxed? More focused? More creative? More connected to yourself? Or maybe you simply felt proud that you took a few minutes for yourself. Whatever your experience was, it matters. We're only on Day 2, so don't expect huge changes yet. The magic isn't in one day—it's in the decision to show up again today. Every time you invest 11 minutes in yourself, you're building something valuable: ✨ Self-awareness ✨ Confidence ✨ Momentum ✨ Consistency And before long, those small daily wins begin to add up. ✅ Today's Challenge Take another 11 minutes for yourself: 🧘 Meditation 📖 Journaling 🎨 Creative Expression 🌻 Focus Flower / I AM Statements Then share in the comments: What was your biggest takeaway from Day 1? Remember, this journey isn't about perfection. It's about showing up, one day at a time, and proving to yourself that you're worth 11 minutes. 🌈One day. One choice. One more step forward. #4Cubed #44DayChallenge #Day2 #ConsistencyCreatesChange #SmallWinsBigResults #11MinutesForYou

Today I did a “thank my body meditation”- I laid done on my yoga mat, closed my eyes and went through thanking all the parts I could think of- starting at my feet and going all the way up to my head - naming the bones and muscles and organs and cells etc and telling them thank you. I often picture my cells as happy face emojis singing 🎶 Hi Ho Hi Ho it’s off to work we go!🎶
Welcome to Day 1 of the 44-Day 4 Cubed Challenge!
"Great things are done by a series of small things brought together." — Vincent van Gogh Today isn't about changing your whole life. It's about giving yourself 11 minutes. Just 11 minutes to pause. 11 minutes to breathe. 11 minutes to create. 11 minutes to remember that you matter too. No pressure. No catching up. No perfection. Just one small act of self-care. That's less time than it takes to scroll through social media and accidentally end up watching videos of raccoons opening coolers. 🧠 A Little Science Researchers have found that small, consistent habits are often more successful than ambitious plans that are hard to maintain. Tiny actions create momentum—and momentum is powerful. ☀️Why It Matters Eleven minutes today may not seem like much. But 11 minutes a day for 44 days equals 484 minutes invested in yourself. That's over 8 hours of intentional growth, one small step at a time. Today's Action Step Take your 11 minutes. Then leave a comment with: "Done!" Or tell us which practice you chose. Let's celebrate every small win together. 🎉 Happy Day 1!!
