My steps: (a) 排開行程 (b) 執行！ ✏️寫得越具體越好，越小越好，不要把那個剩下600頁的原文書搬出來，寫最可行的目標。 例如 ＊「週五前我必須開口朗讀一張學習單」 ＊「週五前我要找一首英文歌自己唱唱看」 ＊「我要發一篇全英文的社群貼文」 ＊「週四上課我要開麥克風」 ＊「如果遇到外國客戶我要主動發言一次」 今天寫完後，週五回來自己報告 ＊「完成了」或是； ＊「沒完成」 記得，不管你有沒有完成， there is no shame; no embarrassment; no awkwardness. What am I trying to say?（哇我腦袋當機，我在說什麼？） - I had a brain fart and completely froze.（我腦袋當機，整個卡住） - I am having a brain fart. I can’t believe I forgot his name. （我腦袋當機，居然想不起他的名字） - How much is it? I can’t do math right now. I am having a brain fart. （多少錢？我算不出來，腦袋當機） 🔑注意：你會發現固定用法是 have a brain fart，當下發生的話用現在進行式 be having a brain fart。不會說🚫My brain farted 或是🚫My brain is farting. 這就鬧笑話啦！ 所以下次當你突然一時想不到、突然說不出來、忘記小東西或是說錯話，你就可以用 brain fart 當成台階下。 🗣️有人問我：「跟腦霧一樣嗎？」 Great question. I have several roles in this company. The stereotype for my job is to get the lowest price for product, but found the balance for the cost and quality of product is the priority.
