Thx for the suggestion. My space is too crowded right now to do floor exercise but when the clutter subsides that’s a great idea!

@Trina McKee I’m so sorry you felt like I was attacking you. That is not my intention. I really felt like I was educating. Of course it was hard to be vegan or be a plantbased dieter for back then. We didn’t have vegan alternatives back then like we have in this period. I think if I remember right it was in the 1990’s they had soy milk and the reason was really for kids that were allergic to cows milk. But yea I’m not understanding where you got that I think in was easy to go vegan or plant-based from but was just educating that there is a difference in going plant-based for your health and going vegan. I just feel that is important for everyone to understand because too many people are wrongfully calling themselves vegan just because they went full plant-based for their health when veganism is only about the animals not for one’s health for one’s health is only called plant-based dieting not vegan. So yea that’s all I was trying to get you to understand

@Trina McKee I’m not understanding what you mean by my jumping to conclusion. All I was saying was educating that for your health is not vegan for your health is plant-based dieting. if you understand the difference you wouldn’t say I went vegan for my health you would say I went plant-based for my health. That’s what I mean.
