FRIDAY RESET ✨ | COME BACK TO CENTER The week is winding down. Before you rush into the weekend, take a moment today to notice: How much of this week are you still carrying? A conversation you keep replaying. Something that didn’t go the way you hoped. Something you still feel responsible for. A decision you haven’t made. Or simply the exhaustion of being everything for everyone. Today, you don’t have to solve any of it. Just return to center. Place a hand over your heart. Breathe in slowly. Pause. Breathe out even slower. And remind yourself: I am here. I am safe in this moment. I do not have to carry everything with me. I can choose what comes forward and what stays here. Then ask yourself one simple question: What do I need to put down before I enter this weekend? Don’t force an answer. Notice what your body says first. Maybe today’s work isn’t doing more.
