Most people think if you're good at lead gen, offers, and content… you’ll win.
But what if the real struggle isn’t knowledge— It’s what no one talks about once you go all-in? Russell and Alex nail it as always. It's about not going the wrong way!!! My Story: In late 2020, I took the leap. I had the experience. The LinkedIn game dialed. I knew how to generate leads better than most. And still—something wasn’t right. What I built wasn’t wrong. But it wasn’t real yet. It didn’t feel like me. This is for you if: You’ve done “all the right things”... And still feel stuck in survival mode. This is the truth about what happens after you know how to win. #entrepreneurtruth #financialfreedomjourney #flexiblefoundermode

@Dam Pro we help people clarify their ideas and build simple systems that work, so they can focus on what matters most. I can’t really get into more without sounding like self-promo, but that’s the heart of it.
What if the pressure you're carrying... was never yours to hold?
For years, I chased success like it was a finish line I could sprint to... New job/clients//tools/goals... And even when I got the “thing” I was chasing… the peace didn’t come. Because the real weight I carried wasn't the workload, It was the belief that I had to do it all alone. What changed everything for me was remembering who I am and whose I am. Not just a business owner. Not just a husband, a father, a leader. But a servant. A son of the Most High. When that truth anchors you, the storm doesn’t stop…But your foundation does not shake. You lead differently... You parent differently... You build with peace and not pressure. 🙏🏼 If you’ve been grinding with your head down lately… maybe today’s invitation is this: Look up. You were never meant to carry this alone...
Why I Don’t Floor It at Every Green Light Anymore
Sounds silly, but hear me out. I used to treat business the same way I treated driving... I kept hitting green lights, so I kept moving... fast. But I never slowed down to check if the road was leading to a destination I actually cared about. Until one day I ran out of gas. I was the guy behind the curtain, wiring up client funnels, syncing automations, and stress-testing every AI tool I could find. Speed felt productive. But I was just burning energy with no clear direction. Now, I drive different. Before I step on the gas in business, I ask... - Is this direction right? - Is my system built for the journey? - Am I actually headed somewhere meaningful? It’s not about moving fast, it’s about moving on purpose. Here's my invitation to you... This weekend, audit your dashboard: 👉 Do you have clarity on where you’re headed? 👉 Is your business vehicle built for it, or breaking down? 👉 What could you slow down to speed up? Let’s stop chasing green lights. Let’s build engines that last. What’s one thing in your business you’ve been rushing? 👇
Why I Don’t Floor It at Every Green Light Anymore

@Sayem Khan "discernment over default"...that’s it right there. So many of us are conditioned to floor it just because we can, not because we should. The more I slow down to check the map, the more I realize speed was never the goal but clarity was. 👊
Mastery
Now I know why others make 7, 8, 9 figures. They take their presentation into a whole different level, level of mastery! I never realized how many components that go into each things! The close itself comes with so many strategies!!! 😅 Russell, McCall, & team, thank you very much for breaking this down into little components and show us the science and art behind each. Mind blowing!😵😵😵

@DrBetsy Meshbesher this gave me chills... That inner tug-of-war is so real... and I know that feeling of lying awake, not because of fear, but because something deeper is trying to break through. What stood out most was you honored your gut, not just your plans. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs happen right after we say “I’m done spending, I’ve got everything I need.” And then God places something in front of us that wasn’t about more, it was about alignment. So glad you trusted that whisper. The clarity, creativity, and conviction you’re now moving with is total proof you chose right... 💪

@DrBetsy Meshbesher you have nothing to be embarrassed about. Your story is real, raw, and powerful… and honestly, it’s what so many of us feel but rarely say out loud. I love what you said: “Deliver, growth, deliver, growth.” That rhythm right there is how momentum is built. Keep leaning into it, you’re clearly being called to something bigger, and it’s beautiful to witness. What’s one small win you’re celebrating this week as you move forward?
Objection Handling - Before the Objection
Did you notice the way Russell spoke and the Presentation was geared? Objections were handled BEFORE we could raise them. 1. Because in a Audience setting there's no way to handle them one on one, Efficiently. 2. If you let One Objection go live in front of an Audience...you risk tumbling the whole room. A DOZEN times they introduced stories about the investment in Coaching being more than $10k. $25k. $50k and so on. When they introduced the value of over $104k...for a $10K package...that was really 3 Coaching Packages and a Lifetime Coaching Community... $10K just doesn't seem so much. It's called Desensitisation. It's very powerful. They Introduced stories of Entrepreneurs about to be bankrupt...spending their last CENTS...to turn their Businesses around to Serve Millions. The stories are subtle objection handling stories... Introduce the objection or concern ...handle it or address the concern during the Story...then continue with the Heroes Journey for identification. Learn from this people. It's how the Master Communicators taught it. It's how they always did it...and always will. People....Jesus Christ Himself used this Model. Hitler...the Evil Bastard, may he rot in Hell...Used this Model. The classics like Dan Kennedy, Tony Robbins and Brian Tracey...Zig Ziggler taught us this. As Communicators & Agents Of Change we stand on the Shoulders of Giants. Our job is to translate DATA into Information so the CLIENT discovers the DEPTH & BREADTH of the Problem...& THEY discover our Solution. Telling Ain't Selling. Love & Success. Reply

@Sammy Solution Soames Powerful breakdown... That part about “objection handling through story” is gold, especially how Russell weaves it in before the audience even realizes it’s an objection. Desensitization through contrast (like $50k vs $10k) hit me too. Makes you realize the real work is done before the pitch even lands. Curious, do you have a favorite story or moment from the event that nailed this in action?

@Sammy Solution Soames Yes, exactly... those origin stories weren’t just for inspiration… they were precision tools. Crafted to build belief, bridge the gap, and dissolve objections without confrontation. What struck me most was how seamlessly they made us feel seen, like our doubts were already accounted for. You’re right... this is timeless communication. And when it’s done right, it doesn’t just sell… it transforms. Appreciate you breaking it down with such clarity.
