If you're planning to start Google Ads for Black Friday, don't wait until November.
A lot of store owners think they can launch a few days before Black Friday and immediately start getting sales. That's not how I'd approach it. Before you can properly run Google Shopping, there are several things that need to be ready. Your Google Merchant Center needs to be approved. Your products need to be approved. Your product feed needs to be clean and accurate. Your conversion tracking needs to be working properly. And once everything is ready, your campaigns still need time to collect data. You don't want your first real campaign data coming in during Black Friday. You want to know before Black Friday which products are getting clicks, which products are converting, how much you're paying for those conversions, and where your budget is actually working. That's why Q4 preparation should start before the big shopping days arrive. If you're planning to run Google Ads this Q4, don't wait until November to start fixing the foundation. Where are you right now? GMC approved, suspended, in review, or still setting up? https://adsbynadeem.framer.website/

This is the biggest Black Friday SOP we've ever built...
This is the biggest Black Friday SOP we've ever built. Everything we learned last Black Friday is in it. So are all the SOPs we run the agency on. One doc. It works for any niche and any revenue level. If you run Google Ads for an ecom store, this is your playbook from now until January. Every client we manage already has it. Now it's your turn. What's inside: 📅 Key dates, who does what, and why you start in October, not November 📈 How fast to raise budgets. Phase 1, phase 2, the days before BF and the peak days 🎯 What to do with your target ROAS on BF weekend. Which move to pick, and when to go back to normal 🚫 Why we never use Seasonality Adjustments for BFCM 💸 Why the highest ROAS is the wrong goal on BF, and how to find the profit sweet spot 🛒 Feed and Merchant Center prep. Sale prices, promotions, and what you must NOT touch 🏷️ Which offers actually work. Margin floor first, then the offer type. Real examples inside ⚙️ The backend checklist. Supplier, payments, chargebacks, cash, support, email flows, tracking 🔥 BF weekend live. What we watch every hour, when we act, when we keep our hands off 🎄 After BF. Cyber Monday to Christmas, shipping cutoffs, January Nothing is held back. It's the exact process our team runs for our clients. How to get it: 1️⃣ Be a Premium member 2️⃣ Leave a review for the Lab. Takes 30 seconds. Already left one? Skip this step. 3️⃣ Comment "BF" below We'll send it to you. Reviews go here: https://www.skool.com/google-ads-ecom/about Phase 1 of the budget ramp starts mid-October. Stores that win Black Friday are set up weeks before it. Don't start on 20 November. Let's make this the best Q4 yet 🚀

One small Performance Max mistake
One small Performance Max mistake can make your data look better than it actually is. If you let branded searches flow into PMax, you may end up giving Google credit for conversions that your brand already had a strong chance of capturing. Separating brand traffic helps you understand what PMax is actually contributing. The goal isn't to make the numbers look good. The goal is to make the data trustworthy. SOS 🤣 (GMC misrep)
Well funny enough GMC got hit with misrep. (Haven't really made any touches since my questions so not sure what happened.) Would anyone have any good insiders they recommend or gmc services in general? Any help would be appreciated!
