Bulk upload template Description example
Hi All Just a word of caution when using Print Shrimp's bulk upload and opting to use the very helpful example template for the Description field. In the section about framing options it mentions more framing options than are available. FRAMING OPTIONS Choose between unframed prints (perfect for your own frame or for gallery walls) and framed prints, which arrive ready to hang with secure backing and quality hanging hardware. Frames are available in natural wood, black, white, walnut and oak finishes to suit any room and interior style. When getting started this may catch some people out. It did me. I've edited it to say the following. FRAMING OPTIONS Choose between unframed prints (perfect for your own frame or for gallery walls) and framed prints, which arrive ready to hang with secure backing and quality hanging hardware. Frames are available in black, white and oak finishes to suit any room and interior style. Luckily, if you have already gone with the Description example when bulk uploading to Esty, you can batch update the listings in Etsy by selecting all listings, going to Editing options, then Edit descriptions and choosing the Find and replace option. Just test on a couple first if you find yourself needing to do this.
Upgrading my Bulk Listing plan
@Max Murray Hope you don't mind me tagging you directly Max. I was just wondering what happens in terms of charge if I upgrade my Bulk Listing plan again literally a few hours after upgrading earlier? As I am writing this I just realised that I should probably use all the listing credits I have on my current plan then upgrade.

@Max Murray Hi Max Thanks for your reply. I used the credits in the first plan then upgraded so I don’t believe there is any need for a refund as I used all the credits.
Request for some feedback
Hi All I hope you are all well and progressing with your POD poster journey. I have been going through the videos, reading through posts in this community and making some gains. I have managed to set up my shop and I have initially listed 5 posters. I have many more waiting to be uploaded but I first wanted to get some feedback on my shop and the 5 listings I have created. I have used the PS bulk upload tool to populate and post the listings. I believe I have addressed things like delivery profiles, international pricing etc. One thing I am really not usre about is the policy for refunds and exchanges. I have read mixed advice so any further guidance on that would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance. Here is the link to my shop. https://www.etsy.com/shop/WantokPrints?ref=dashboard-header

@Steve Kayser Ah! I see what you mean. I might have to choose a different mockup.

@Steve Kayser Hi Steve. I have updated the main mockup image for my latest listings based on your advice. They look much better. Thanks.
Setting up discount for 3+ prints
Hi All Please could someone clarify how I set up the discount when a customer orders 3+ prints in one purchase? I was under the impression that something could be set so that when 3 or more random prints are selected a discount is applied. I have taken inspiration from Tom’s ThisArtPlace shop and created the ‘20% discount for 3+ prints’ image for my listings. However, the only thing I can see to do is to create bundles which is a lot more involved than I had realised. It’s not the same as someone just selecting three prints and a discount being applied so I’m concerned that the offer is a little misleading. A customer would have to purchase a specific bundle rather than selecting three individual prints that they like. Could someone please help clarify for me? Many thanks. Neil

@Robyn Niblett Thanks Robyn. I have just figured out that under 'Marketing' then 'Sales and discounts' there is a section called 'Up your average order value'. There are two options; 'Set an order minimum' and 'Bundle items together'. Under 'Set an order minimum' you can set a minimum number of items, set a discount value and then run it. It only seems to let you run it for a month, but I don't mind renewing it every month.

@Camilo Palacio Thanks Camilo. I am just trying to emulate what I see in Tom's shop. It is something he has as an image in his listings.
