Single biggest thing I'm focused on giving my clients is speed of implementation. Perfect example from a $750 day: - New front end offer for publishing partner is ripping. - Launched a new paid workshop as well. - Thought it would be a good idea to put paid workshop as the upsell 1 for offer. - Told Claude to use my skill and built the page, setup the automations + tracking. - Few minor copy adjustments on the page. - Live and making sales. And the best part (because I forget all the time) - the page switches back to the old TY page once the workshop starts. Evening, Quick one as I took a nice family day today. After yesterday's workshop with Evergreen Ads, I've seen a clear distinction in the market: 1. People who know how to use AI to build offers, checkout pages, email sequences, reply to support emails, launch ads etc can truly Productize Themselves and thrive as a solo or lean business. 2. Agencies & high-ticket coaches are gatekeeping their Claude skills like they're sacred resources. 3. It's more important to understand how to apply AI to your business rather than knowing how to use it. I personally love this evolution because I can now get out of my own way to actually focus on the three things that matter most: - Acquisition (getting leads and buyers) - Conversion (turning leads and buyers into clients) - LTV (increasing the amount each client gives you) But most importantly, it allows me to simply train an agent that will work for you following my exact instructions instead of teaching you the ins and outs of how to do something. A great example of this was a client who came in wanting to launch offers. I handed him our Funnel Engine and, in his words, "my brain unlocked" because he could get Claude to set up the pages, pixels, checkouts and email sequences. He went from being stuck to getting an offer up to 12 buyers a day. Most software and tools were created for humans. I'm building things so you can use that Claude or Chatgpt account to the fullest. At first, I was thinking I would gatekeep this Funnel Engine just for private clients. But I realized giving more away often leads to great clients. So I decided to create a new lower-cost way to get every single one of these as I build them. Perfect for someone that wants the tools and workshops... ...a great way to get your feet wet if you want to see what it's like working together more closely. 2.5 weeks marks the officially LONGEST time I've gone without writing an email to you. Crazy how fast time flies. So why the stop? We'll, a few things happened that really changed the course of the Productized Coach. Specifically: 1. Launching a publishing business with my partner Jack in December. 2. Hitting $1K/day in sales from ads. 3. Recording and launching my first webinar ever resulting in $28K in backend sales. 4. Now on path to hit 100K/month in profit. Ultimately changing a few things around here where the focus is show and install with what we're doing in the trenches. And so now? I'm back and simply sharing what we're doing to scale to 100K/month.
