Spider-Man Workout Circuit
Hi Everyone, Not sure if anyone has seen the "Viral" bodyweight endurance circuit that's been circulating by Tom Holland. In the video he mentions one of his favorite workouts is this called "Cindy". I've made all my clients try this routine this week and I think it'll be fun for everyone here to give a shot including me. WORKOUT ROUTINE: - 5 Pull Ups - 10 Push Ups - 15 Squats Time Cap: 20 Min - As Many Rounds As Possible *Tom Holland Best: 27 Rounds HOW MANY ROUNDS DID YOU DO?

@Tyler Arciszewski I’ve recently been doing Handstand + FL on Thursday, then Planche + BL on Friday, following Warren’s advice. One pull and one push skill.

@Tyler Arciszewski For FL, I focus on straight arms and think about “pulling the bar down” — engaging the lats and keeping the shoulders down away from the ears. Still learning all the technical details myself though! 😅

In today's call I answer your questions. 1. Are there any skills you should not train on consecutive days? Like if I train HSPU on Monday should I not train planche on Tuesday? 2. When training front lever is your scapula protracted or retracted? 3. What skills would you recommend developing first? 4. Also. I do bmx are there any skills that would benefit me directly with my bmx tricks? 5. With multiple skills, how do you decide which to prioritize vs maintain? 6. How would you combine static skills/strength with freestyle without hurting recovery? 7. With micro-progressions, when should you push forward vs stay longer for tendon/connective tissue adaptation? and more... See you next week.

Thanks Warren! 🙏 Got a lot out of all three answers, especially the parts about prioritizing which skills to focus on, adjusting progressions based on how you feel that day, and keeping freestyle on separate days. Makes a lot of sense! 💪
