GROWTH MONDAY: A MEMBER CAN BE ACTIVE… AND STILL NOT BELONG.
We often measure community health by what we can see: 💬 Comments ❤️ Likes 📝 Posts 🎥 Call attendance 🏆 Challenges completed But here's the uncomfortable part… Activity doesn't always equal belonging. Someone can comment every day and still feel like they're on the outside. Someone can attend your calls but never feel comfortable enough to truly be themselves. Someone can consume everything you post and still wonder: “Do I actually have a place here?” That's why this week we're going to look beyond engagement and talk about belonging. Because the real question isn't only: 👉 “How do I get my members to participate?” It's also: 👉 “How do I create a community where people feel they belong?” And those are two very different questions. So let's start with a little observation today: 👀 Look at your community and think of one member who is active. Then ask yourself: “Do I know whether this person feels like they belong here?” You might not know the answer. And that's exactly the point. 👇 What do you think is the difference between someone who participates in a community and someone who truly feels like they belong? Let's talk about it. ❤️

It shows in the comments more than anything to me. Especially showing up under other members posts with thoughtful feedback and compassion. 💖🦝🌈
I can tell you what my community does...
Or I can let the women inside tell you. Phoenix Hatchlings is a community for women who are tired of being everyone else's rock while slowly disappearing themselves. A place for women to feel seen and be part of something while being truly themselves. But don't just take my word for what it's like inside… The Sisterhood Says: “I feel like I can just be myself without any filters.” 👩 Member “It’s so nice to feel seen inside this community.” 👩 Member “What I’ve loved most is how quickly the Sisterhood has started to feel like a place where I belong.” 👩 Member Because this isn't another place where women have to show up with their shit together. You don't have to be confident. You don't have to have your boundaries sorted. You don't have to know exactly what you need. You can turn up exactly as you are. And that's kind of the point. Phoenix Hatchlings is a space to be supported, understood, challenged, celebrated and, most importantly, yourself. We don’t do airs and graces. We’re not ‘Instagram Worthy’ (whatever the fuck that means) and we certainly don’t do judgement. If you're ready to stop disappearing into everyone else's needs and start finding your way back to you... Come and join us. 🔥

👻 FREAKY FRIDAY: Wait… HOW is it already Q4?! 😳
October is here, which means we're officially in the final quarter of the year. And before everyone starts talking about “finishing strong”… Let's pause for a second. Because maybe you don't need another massive goal. Maybe you need to look at what you've already started and ask: 👉 What actually matters for the next 3 months? Your Skool community. Your members. Your content. Your visibility. Your income. Or maybe simply getting your systems under control. So here's your Q4 Freaky Friday challenge: 🎯 Choose ONE thing you want to move forward between now and the end of December. Not ten things. ONE. Then finish this sentence: “By the end of Q4, I want to…” It could be something big. Or something you've been putting off for months. 👇 Tell us yours. Let's see what the Nexus community is working towards as we head into the final stretch of 2026. And who knows… maybe someone here has exactly the connection, idea or encouragement you need. ❤️

By the end of Q4, I will have 1k followers on Instagram and be helping Skool owners and Artists find their audience and more importantly know what their people want 💖🦝🛝🌈
Hi From the Messy Middle 👋
Hi everyone! I’m Donna. 👋 My husband Todd and I are building Skoolology: Growth by Design. We’re a little obsessed with figuring out why some communities feel alive while others have good people, good content, and still struggle to get members participating, coming back, and sticking around. Skoolology has become our little building lab. We look at what’s actually happening inside communities, test things together, and help Skool owners figure out what to try next instead of just throwing more stuff at the wall. 😅 We especially love the messy middle. You’ve launched. You’re building. Some things are working, some aren’t, and you’re trying to figure out why. And if I’m being completely transparent, one of our own messy-middle challenges right now is visibility. We know we need to meet more builders outside our own little corner of Skool. I’m looking forward to getting to know more of you, hearing what you’re building, and probably swapping a few “well, that didn’t work” stories along the way. 😂 Glad to be here! ❤️

TUESDAY THOUGHTS: Does every post in your community need to teach something?
We can put a lot of pressure on ourselves as community owners. Every post must be valuable, must teach something and give a takeaway. But here's the thing… 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. They connect with: 😂 A funny moment ❤️ A shared experience 🤔 An interesting question 🙋‍♀️ An honest opinion 🎉 A little win 😩 A “please tell me I'm not the only one” moment Sometimes the post that gets people talking isn't the one with the most information. It's the one that makes someone think: “𝗢𝗵, 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼.” So here's your Tuesday thought: 👉 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵… 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? For example: Instead of: ❌ “Here are 5 ways to improve your community.” Try: 💬 “What's one thing about running a community that nobody warned you about?” Same audience. Very different conversation. 👇 Your turn: What topic could you talk about for 5 minutes without teaching a single thing? Let's hear it. 👇

It gets kinda boring in spaces that ONLY ever talk about the topic they teach. Especially when they are obviously selling something too. A random post about nearly anything else is always refreshing and makes a space feel more fun to be in. 🛝🎉 Personally I like selfie threads and sharing jokes or memes or anything funny. 💖
