Coming soon... speed to lead, agent follow-up
Capturing the lead is only half the challenge. The other side is everything that comes after. getting the lead on the phone, etc. Unfortunately, most clients and buyer SUCK and getting in touch with leads. And I think that's why one of the biggest problems/pain points that has surfaced over the last few years has been around launching features to make follow-up easier. We started down this road well over a year ago but slowly worked on it nights and weekends before finally figuring it all out. Now we're one step closer to cracking the speed to lead problem with AI. Given the architecture to make this work and to prevent cluttering the LeadCapture platform with even more stuff, we spun it up under a separate platform. Announcement is coming sometime in September.

Mortgage calculators?
What’s the best way to add a mortgage calculator to a landing page? Is this something we should embed? Is there a way to add it to the form?

Hi John, any updates or timeline on this ?

I will probably need to build something like this very very soon (this week)
Creating 'auto quote' lead gen funnels just got easier
Something I noticed: In the auto insurance lead gen space, tech and speed are major competitive advantages for the big guns running auto insurance offers. Auto quote funnels are literally no joke. They need to be dynamic. They need to ask a lot of qualifying questions. They need to be compliance-focused. And they need to handle full vehicle flows,,, make, model, year, and ideally even vehicle logos, without creating a clunky user experience. But I keep seeing new, and even experienced, lead gen companies enter this space thinking they can compete by duct-taping forms and systems together. In some cases, I’ve seen auto quote forms with 50+ steps just to try to mimic dynamic vehicle logic. And the result is almost always the same. They fail. Almost 100% of the time. The failure rate in auto lead gen is off the charts because of the tech lift alone. And honestly, until recently, I was hesitant to work with anyone running auto quote funnels because we couldn’t properly support dynamic vehicle make, model, and year fields at the level I thought was needed. But that just changed last week. We rebuilt this feature from the ground up. Now, with just a couple of clicks, anyone in lead gen can create the same type of auto quote funnel experience that the bigger auto insurance lead gen companies run. Dynamic vehicle fields. Make, model, and year logic. Vehicle logos. A cleaner user experience. And a faster path to launching. The barrier to entry just got lower. The tech advantage that used to belong only to the biggest auto quote companies is starting to disappear. And for those who haven't noticed this is what I'm obsessed with building at LeadCapture. AI-assisted funnel lead capture pages (with Humans in control), better lead capture infrastructure, and the tools to help smaller to midsize operators compete with the big guns.

At this point I need to gatekeep Leadcapture from competitors 🫢

Something similar would also be very valuable in the mortgage/ realestate space. I imagine a dynamic calculator for things like equity capital, monthly salary
Anyone doing this? Financial Optimization of each lead (lead arbitrage) to increase LTV of leads being sold
I think our new funnel sub pages feature makes what I’m about to share possible and I plan to start testing this soon. — Here’s a concept I rarely see being discussed: Financial Optimization of each lead (lead arbitrage) to increase LTV of leads being sold. You can sell a lead for $60 once or sell 2 or 3 times to IN DIFFERENT OR RELATED verticals to increase profits by 2-3x, maybe more. Note: I’m NOT talking about selling the same lead to multiple people. I’m talking about exclusive lead being sold multiple times in related, but different offers to different buyers. When most people generate leads, it’s get the lead, sell it, done. But there’s a whole world where, if you handle compliance and segmentation correctly, you can monetize that same lead 2-3 times(even more) in a single funnel session. Some call this lead recycling or cross-vertical monetization. Traditionally, that was tough, you needed multiple funnels, landing pages, and routing setups. But we made this ridiculously easy with our Funnel Sub-Pages. Now, it’s simple to take a single lead and increase its value 2-4x, assuming you have buyer and the right lead distribution software. Example: In the Medicare space, after selling a lead for a plan, you could offer final expense insurance or dental/vision coverage, boosting total value. In the MVA space, after placing a personal injury lead, you could route them to vehicle replacement services or credit repair. All in the same session with lead gen that funnels that are ‘chained together’ This could theoretically allow a lead generator to spend more on the frontend by breaking even or seeing a small profit on leads, but profit massively on the backend after the second sale. It’s a whole different game, a whole different mindset, and requires a tech stack that makes running this play push button easy. Anyone doing this? In my mind it feels like it could be a good way to crush competitors on ad platforms while building an insanely profitable lead gen business

Still thinking this can work with proper framing and is great! But what would be a game changer here is cookies. E.g. pre filling contact data or leads don’t have to resubmit and verify things like their phone number, address, email, name etc.

@John Porini can you elaborate what you mean with the affiliate marketing stuff / offer walls on ty pages?
Solving one of Next Gen's Biggest Gaps... (Game Changing Feature?)
I think we're onto something big here, and just want to share a view into what's coming next week. One of the biggest gaps that I think Next Gen has is the fact that you can't really create pages beyond just the main funnel page/quiz form. To create a thank you page you have to clone the current funnel, hide the form, etc. It's a workaround, but I've always felt there could be a better way. And in my head the solutin has always been to created 'nested pages' within the funnel. Like sub pages. So we set out to solve that a few days ago, incorporate an idea that I have for 'Sub Funnel Pages' - think of them as Child Pages of the main Parent Funnel. How it works, starting possibly next week: - Go into your main funnel and create a 'sub page' - Either clone it from your existing funnel or create a blank 'thank you page', 'lead upsell page', 'lead dq monetization page', or any other page you can think of. - Go into the main quiz and set you're redirects to these pages - this is where things can get pretty crazy. You can set conditional redirects to custom thank you pages and sub pages based on responses. Some use cases 1) Increase pick-up rates. Build a custom thank you page with your buyer's branding and a click-to-call button so the lead connects before they go cold. Pair this with a response back from a lead distribution tool and you can create very personalized than you pages 2) Monetize disqualified leads. Drop an offer wall with affiliate links so the leads you can't sell still generate revenue instead of hitting a dead end. 3) Chain funnels together. Route a lead from one funnel into another to capture for a second offer. One visitor, multiple monetization paths. 4) Monetize qualified leads further. Present relevant offers to qualified leads post-submission while they're still engaged and in a "yes" mindset. This opens up the door having a full lead gen site built on LeadCapture and I think it's a core missing piece to rounding out how funnels are built in the platform.
