☀️ Remember WHY We Work So Hard… 🥂
Me and Lisa are heading into London today for lunch and a cruise along the Thames 🇬🇧❤️ Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in listings, sales, sourcing and the never-ending pile of stock! 😂📦 But days like today are a good reminder to enjoy what we’re working so hard for. 🙌 So, question for everyone… 👇 If you could take tomorrow off with NO work and NO guilt, what would your PERFECT day look like? Where are you going and what are you doing? ☀️🍻🏖️✈️ Let’s hear them! 👇

HAVE YOU HAD ANY DODGY RETURNS?
Hi all, Just intrigued to hear if anyone has received any dodgy returns. I had two last year; Customer 1 – sent me their local newspaper (which was a interesting read) Customer 2 – sent me a piece of cardboard These were ebay returns. Thankfully ebay had my back and I didn’t issue any refund. Not sure what ebay did though with the buyers. A couple of months later when the dust settled I posted the items back to their respectful owners.

I sent a lovely Ferrari jacket out, the buyer complained is had a bit of dirt on the sleeve and would i refund him for washing it, I told him to just send it back (pissed me off how fussy he was) he them messaged me saying he washed it and the dirt had come out, I told him to send it back anyway as he asked for a return, he then messaged me saying he washed it again and all the Ferrari labels had come off, why was he washing it again!! In my opinion he boiled washed it because i asked for it back, so he returned it, damaged as hell, i sent ebay the pictures, they still refunded him and I threw the jacket in the bin 😂

Flat lay vs Hanging Effect sales ?
Wonder what everyone’s opinions on this are, I’ve went from my flat lay to starting this week off by just hanging items. (Inspired by sully) by doing this I managed double my listings in the same amount of time. Wondering if the presentation of items will change my sales. All items are still streamed or ironed just not laid out and folded in funky ways

Iv always hung them but recently started laying them down as you get much more detail, especially on football shirts
