I have so many ideas and even a clear vision for what I want to accomplish. I’ve watched countless videos from creators like Liam, gathered insights, and taken in loads of valuable information, so I know I’m capable of bringing something unique to the table. But here’s the thing: I keep holding myself back. I’m in this constant tug-of-war between thinking it’s too late to start, that the market is already too saturated, or even questioning whether I’m skilled enough to make this work. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way, and I’d love to hear if anyone else has dealt with (or is dealing with) this kind of hesitation. If you have any tips for moving past that initial block, I’d be so grateful! My goal is to break out of procrastination mode and take that first solid step. I started creating ChatBots about a month ago and recently sold my first bot. I donated a Christian bot to a church and then one of the members purchased a custom bot for his business. I hope this encourages others to make it happen. Thanks to everyone here for the great content.

Honestly, I am loving to share this story with this beautiful community here! It all began when I was talking to one of my clients, who was drowning in sales tasks. Leads were slipping through the cracks, appointment schedules were a mess, and follow-ups were inconsistent. He sighed, "If only I had something to manage this chaos." That’s when it hit me: Why not create an AI chatbot to handle all of this? I gathered his specific pain points—automating lead responses, booking appointments, and staying on top of follow-ups. I got to work, built a quick prototype, and showed it to him. (This wasn't as easy, as I just wrote it into a single line 😅 a lot of automation was involved in the process, I would like to name any specific platform I prefer to use for AI Chatbots, but one of @Liam Ottley's videos was very helpful) The bot engaged customers naturally, answered their questions, and even scheduled meetings on his calendar. (It just wasn't perfect at all initially, but repeated testing and rigorous QA made it better) My client couldn’t believe it—it felt like he’d hired a full-time assistant, only this one was available 24/7. We went live, in a couple of days, and the results were clear. Leads were converting faster, his sales team had their calendars sorted, and everything ran smoothly. My client was thrilled, saying, "This is a game-changer." That’s when I knew—AI wasn’t just smart; it's there to transform whole businesses' operations, then I decided to double my game on it cash the opportunity.
