More then you see
At first glance, you see deadlifts and squats. 👀 But the trap bar is so much more than that. 💪

@Suhel Khan its about using your fantasy to create new ways of using the equipment 😉
New week new action
Hey everyone, new week, new things happening! 🚀 Only three weeks left until my trip to the U.S. 🇺🇸 Where I’ll get the chance to learn from athletes, coaches, and people working at the highest level of sports. I started my journey as a content creator three months ago, and one of my goals was to become good at documenting my experiences, especially so I can get the most out of this trip and tell the stories along the way. Now it’s time to get serious about the preparation. Lots of things to do this week to make sure I’m as well prepared as possible. Can’t wait to get into action! 🔥
@Greg Rice Man you know, originally my plan would be to stay longer and go to Texas after Miami, but life choose different for me! But are you there in march, then i would show up?

Which program
Hi all! Just a quick one, I've looked through some of the training templates on here! Just wondering which you'd recommend For me I can train 4 days a week, occasionally 5, looking to become a better all round athlete (stronger, faster, more explosive etc, ready for what life throws at you, and able to play with my child ) Thanks in advance

Hard to tell, where you train, you wanna split? where are your weaknesses and strengths ?
@Adam Chadwick In the very beginning it’s important to start slow and consistent, most people start to fast and hard! You win it with the long term Here maybe it helps it’s in German but specially designed for beginners https://youtu.be/GPHRjn3BsA4?is=jgrN4zVBZZF0u5iQ
Performance Randomized Control Trail
Good morning everyone I am starting my dissertation study and I am doing it on the effects of Tongkat Ali supplementation on performance. The supplement is a herbal root from Indonesia that is claimed to improve libido, natural testosterone and body composition. The study itself will be a 10 week study where you come in for baseline testing at week one and you get the supplement for 10 weeks or a placebo and then you come back after the 10 weeks and we reassess body composition, salivary testosterone, 1RM on bench press and leg press, and then power output on the leg press, along with a few psychological and sleep surveys. That collection takes place in Boca Raton, Florida and you only have to go to the location twice at the beginning of the 10 weeks and at the end of the 10 weeks. I still need 23 participants. If you’re interested please message me if you know anyone who’s interested please share this flyer rhythm and have them contact me. Other than a contribution to science, the benefits from this is, you will get a free performance and body composition assessment and of course free supplements., who doesn’t love free supplements???

Hey! I’d love to participate in your study, but I’ll only be in Florida for three weeks in November. Would there be any way to make it work? By the way, where do you study, and what’s your degree in? I’m exploring options in sport technology myself, so I’d be interested to hear about your path! 🇦🇹🤝🇺🇸
