Merach Ab Machine - Received Mine & Love It! Video in comments
I have to be careful with ab workouts due to my lower back. I am going to try this Merach Ab Machine - reviews have said at the lowest level it helps those with lower back issues. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

@Sherri Hudson it does not hurt my knees but I have not had a knee replacement. I’m not sure about the knees, sorry
Thorne
Well, there goes another clean company selling out. Thorne supplements is being acquired by P&G - will definitely have to watch the ingredients now. 😢

Mindset 🧠
TAKING ACTION: ✅Everyone comment MINDSET below if you’re ready to pour into your brain health and discipline this week! Also, share one main goal you have for this week! ⬇️ we’ve covered both strength and cortisol in depth this month, and this week, I want to talk to everyone here about the most important topic of all—your mindset. Most people can lose weight temporarily. Most people can diet temporarily. Most people can exercise temporarily. As you’ve learned, however, temporary doesn’t cut it. One reason our efforts end up as temporary is due to the fact that most popular diets approach fat loss completely wrong. Most diets aren’t sustainable. With that said, another reason our efforts end up as temporary is that most people don’t work on their mindsets along the way—and in case it isn’t obvious by now, mindset is everything if you want long-term, sustainable results. 💯 With September quickly approaching, the goal is to buckle down during this season before the holiday season arrives. What you do now will impact your efforts and mindset during the holidays. Now is the time, friends. Now is the time. Let’s go. 🔥

Hope to get at least 4 walks in this week. My back is still tender and I’m not able to walk far right now. Realized that my vibration plate is a no go moving forward - it flares up my back with the bulging discs.

@Aleiah Barker yep!
Mindset Assessment
TAKING ACTION: ✅New Clients: Skip straight to the bottom of this post and check out the ⭐️ NEW CLIENT INFO! ✅VIP/Veteran Clients: Do a mindset assessment today and tell me how you’re doing overall. Where do you feel strong? Where do you need support right now? Two weeks down, and two to go! Let’s finish the last half of Strength + Cortisol strong! 💪 Workout in comments!! Last week, we took a deeper dive into some of the AM and PM cortisol balancing strategies. We’ll continue touching on some of those tips this week, but we’re also going to focus on the other portion of our August theme—strength. Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let’s take some time today to do a little mindset check. ✅ How’s your mindset now that we’re two weeks into August? Do you feel disciplined and confident in your ability to stay consistent over the next couple of weeks? Is the extra fuel this month improving your mood and stress? Take a moment today to check on yourself. Slow down. Use the breathwork session today to tune into how you’re feeling overall—and ask yourself, “What does my body need right now?” Asking these questions is important and is critical for your long-term success. If you’re just going through the motions, that stops today. It’s time to tune back in. 💯 ____________________________________________________ ⬇️⭐️NEW CLIENT INFO and TO-DO’s⭐️⬇️ Let’s recap how far you’ve come and what all you’ve learned in just two weeks ⬇️ 📌The importance of our Three W’s—whole food, water, and workouts! 📌The benefits of intermittent fasting 📌Why we pair our workouts with our nutritional cycle 📌Why it’s important to celebrate your weekly NSVs and wins! 📌And much more! You are probably noticing some slight changes by this point in the journey. It’s important to remember that this is a long-distance sprint, not a race. It’s important to focus on today. Not tomorrow. Not a few weeks from now. Not a year from now. Focusing on one day at a time keeps you from getting overwhelmed. One day at a time is also the answer to conquering consistency. “Rome wasn’t built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour.” The answer is brick by brick. Day by day. Hour by hour.

Tuesday Eats 😋
TAKING ACTION: ✅VIP Clients: What is your favorite healthy fat to eat? Happy Tuesday, friends! it’s the perfect time to discuss how healthy fats impact cortisol. Foods like avocado are rich in healthy fats and potassium, which help stabilize blood sugar and support adrenal function, both of which are important for lowering cortisol. Foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon, help reduce inflammation and regulate cortisol. Other foods high in healthy fats like eggs, almonds, walnuts, and even dark chocolate are also beneficial. If you haven’t noticed, all of these foods fall under one category—whole-food nutrition. While I’ve given you several tips to support healthy cortisol levels, the truth is that your nutrition matters as much as anything else. 💯 Check out this website, full of healthy recipes to help with your cortisol balance efforts! 31+ Delicious Cortisol-Balancing Diet Recipes – Savorly Kitchen
