Telmisartan
Should this telmis be a staple in TRT and blast ? Heard countless benefits on bp management, kidney protection and cardiovascular. Once we taper off roids, is coming off from telmis a good strat or you become dependent on it forever?
PED Organ Support
What supps/ancillaries meds you guys take while blasting test/tren? MY main concern is kidney health since this is irreversible if enough damage occurs. For liver support it's TUDCA/NAC. For cholestrol ezitamibe, citrus bergamot or Red Yeast Rice. For blood pressure 10mg cialis or telmisartan. What;s for kidney? I'm doubtful on Astralagus Root Extract since you need 4+ grams to see any noticeable effects, wht abt SGLT2 inhibitors? I'm currently on 500 test, 150 tren and already seeing LDL shooting to 156 and creatinine going to 1.25. Any tips?

Creatinine only changed since i've started to pack more muscles gradually. LDL creeped up due to oral winny tabs i used. Everything else is ubder control.
Trt alternatives
I’ve spent a great amount of time researching alternative routes of trt. Enclomiphene seems to be taking the lead in this arena but for someone who’s already on trt it’s a hard pill to swallow accepting having to rebound while acclimating. I have a few seperate protocols I’ve created all with pros and cons . It’s quite challenging finding quantitative data that effectively navigates the questions each protocol possesses so I plan on using myself as a science experiment over the next year . All protocols are relatively safe. Though they have their downsides, running short term there’s very little inherent risk. Long term is where the questions of safety would come into play. Protocol #1…. 1. Primobolan -125-200 mg per week 2. Hcg 1500 iu/wk Protocol 2…. 1. Rad 140 20 mg/day 2. Hcg 1500 iu/wk Protocol 3…. 1. Ac262 20 mg/day 2. Hcg 1500 iu/wk Add ons 1. Something for hgh … mk677, hgh, ipamorelin + cjc 2. Proviron 3. Daily Cialis….. I took into account using enclomiphene. That said in attempts I’ve made coming off trt and onto enclo my test levels dropped so low it was unbearable . So I would have to do a full pct before starting enclo . Ideally I would use enclomiphene and be able to cycle in and out sarms like many do but me (like many other long time trt users) dread a restart protocol . I’m aware enclomiphene is a real trt alternative im just exploring other possibilities Curious to others thoughts or if anyone has any other sugggested protocols to switch off of trt. I want to throw out there.. and this will sound insane. When I was introduced to ped’s I found myself on an almost indefinite cycle of tren (no that isn’t a typo) . I would take tren for 4/6 months then without pct go directly to winstrol . I never used anything that converted to estrogen. I lived like this for about 3 years before educating myself and seeing the potential damage I was doing. That said all things considered I looked and felt great. I say this not to say something like that is in the means of reality as ok but to open one’s mind to say possibilities may exist and everything isn’t always black and white …..

Why bodybuilders always die early
Dr. Jack Kruse says bodybuilders die decades earlier than the average person. His friend Charles Poliquin is proof. • World-class physique • Looked like a Greek statue • One of the most famous strength coaches alive Kruse told him repeatedly he was going to die before 60. He died of a heart attack at 58. Kruse says the pattern is everywhere: • NFL players die early. • Professional wrestlers die early • Gorillas die 20-30 years earlier than hhumans They all look jacked. They all die young. Kruse says the reason is physics. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. When you pack mitochondria into muscle, you are stealing that energy from your brain and heart—the two organs that actually determine how long you live. He points to Kleiber's law. Every mammal on Earth gets the same number of heartbeats in a lifetime. Gorillas have far more muscle than humans. They also die 20-30 years sooner. Nature chose brain over muscle for longevity. "Go find me anybody who's 85 years old that looks like that. You're going to find like not a lot of people." The longest-lived humans on Earth are small people with belly fat. Not bodybuilders. "Where you bury your mitochondrial density is the key." Watch the video below: https://x.com/ProjectGokuu/status/2081681031489622389/video/1

@Aaron Reed So detailed, yes bigger you get more energy you are borrowing from your life force which provides energy to heart to run mechanically. You finish the quota, heart stops.

@Aaron Reed much better to us roids for small x months and stay drug free remaining. Much like Paddy Pimblett.
Stacking Tadalafil and viagra
Did any of you guys tried to stack these two substances and if yes, how did you do it and amount?

@Tony Huge IA superpharma sells this stuff called "JackHammer" which contains 4 pde5 mixes with cardarine for total 150mg per capsule. Stacking Viagra with cialis is same like test prop and test undecanoate. Keep dose low 10/25 and it's magic.
