I was wondering how I had gotten 4 sales in one day alone and only checked now to see the star seller badge for August. A massive win and one that I was wanting to see for a very long time. I still remember looking at all the other shops with hundreds of listings with the Star Seller Badge and wondering whether I would be able to reach that point too. Still not quite there yet but definitely starting to see all the initial investment pay off.

Ok so I have managed to figure most of it out, now when I click on import orders and it asks me to pay Print Shrimp.. I have paid the owing amount, do I have to do anything with the order on the Etsy page order or does the buyer get the update from print shrimp?

I have just had a buyer want to return a framed print after receiving something similar for her son's birthday from someone else. I have explained that since the item isn't faulty or damaged I can not accept a return or refund and she has been getting quite upset saying that it is unacceptable to have 160 pounds for a framed 24x36 inches print. Anyone have any advice on the situation or faced anything similar? I don't want to really get a bad review since my shop has just started to pick up

What do people recommend to do during this time. Turning off Ads? Consistent uploads? How many? Things like this. Still a little new as it is only my 2nd month

Hi everyone, Just looking for a bit of advice from anyone who’s experienced something similar. June was my best month so far. It was my 4th month on Etsy, and I made just over £1,000 profit for the month. I’ve now started my 5th month (July), and my sales have dropped to zero. One thing I should mention is that at the start of July I used the bulk listing method and uploaded roughly 120 new listings before I heard Tom mention that listing too many at once could potentially make Etsy think you’re a bot and reduce your visibility. Could that have caused such a significant drop in sales, or is this just a normal fluctuation that happens on Etsy? If it is because of the bulk listing, does the shop usually recover on its own after a while? I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through something similar. Thanks!
