You do not need to see the whole path. Sometimes we wait for certainty before we move. But what if the path becomes visible because we move? Dreamweaver... Rawl's Question Answered
You can consciously want change and still feel like something inside you hasn’t caught up yet. That’s where Sankalpa can become such a powerful part of Yoga Nidra. A Sankalpa is often translated as an intention or resolve, but it goes deeper than a typical affirmation. It is a heart-led declaration that reflects something you already know, or are beginning to recognize, as true at your core. It can sound like: ‘I am safe.’ ‘I am enough.’ ‘I trust.’ ‘I choose peace.’ ‘I allow support.’ ‘I return to myself.’ During Yoga Nidra, the mind becomes deeply receptive. Repeating your Sankalpa in this state can help reinforce new beliefs and patterns beneath the surface, especially when your conscious mind knows you want change but older subconscious conditioning is still running the show. You do not have to use an 'I am' statement. Your Sankalpa can begin with 'I am,' 'I choose,' 'I trust,' 'I allow,' 'I welcome,' or simply 'I.' The words matter less than the truth beneath them. Choose something simple. Something you can return to. Something that feels like a deeper remembering rather than a performance. @Rawl O'Neal

@Miranda de Haan I used to have a longer sankalpa myself. Then the essence of what I was trying to say seems to have come through that in the form of a six word "I" statement that really hits. It's personal so I hate to ask but what would you change "unfolding" to?

"The words matter less than the truth beneath them." Truer words were never spoken.
Boojumin Is Still Bloomin
I can relate to a Boojum. Sometimes I feel my growth is slow, erratic yet purposeful, in a harsh and (spiritually) arid environment. A Boojum tree thrives in the arid Sonoran desert, growing in all kinds of funky positions very slowly as it reaches up. And blooming every season.

@Kim Harding A Bujung Boojum would be the fastest growing boojum ever!

@Ruth Hartley I had to figure out what TCM was, lol. That's awesome. I really enjoy inner Qigong in the vein of Eric Yudelove but a little too banged up for coordinated, flowing movement. 🙏
