The guilt hits every time you say no
You say no, and the guilt shows up like clockwork. So you go back. You say yes. You put yourself last again. I made a free Guilt Decoder to help you understand why it happens and stop obeying it. Grab it inside my free community, People Pleasing to Peace, whenever you are ready. 💛 https://www.skool.com/people-pleasing-to-peace-5073/about Mandy 💛

@Adam McCollough thank you, yes it really is after you have ignored your own needs for so long that you don’t even recognize yourself anymore. Thankfully I found my way out 🫶
Summits... 👍 or ✋???
Idk about you but I'm kinda exhausted by summits. Like AI slop... they're everywhere you look! No place to hide 🤣 So I'm curious... do you love them or hate them? Attend them or roll your eyes when another comes along? TBH I'm starting to see them in the same light as those collaborative books where everyone writes one chapter and calls themselves a published author 🙄 Now, I know they can be powerful moneymakers. I just ran my first in one of my communities, and it kinda blew my expectations. But I ran it more as an implementation summit than an info dump. Because we all have notebooks jammed with ideas (and notes LOL) that we haven't gone back to once the summits end. So i'd love to know... are you exhausted by summits or do you find them valuable? Or would focused 1-3 implementation events be something you'd like to see instead? Lemme know thru the poll and the comments! TYIA!

I haven’t done one yet but would love to just to grow my audience.
You survived it. You still don't feel free.
This is for women who have survived addiction, divorce, burnout, betrayal, or loss and still feel like a stranger in their own life. Inside a free community, you name what happened to you. You learn what keeps you stuck, self abandonment, guilt, people pleasing, and losing yourself. You work through the library at your own pace. You show up to weekly lives where we go deeper. You sit with women who understand exactly where you are. I don't teach from theory. I teach from devastation. I lost my career, my marriage, my health, and spent 8 years in addiction. I know the way out because I walked it. Come home to yourself. Join free here 👇 https://www.skool.com/people-pleasing-to-peace-5073/about Mandy 💛 @rebuildwithmandy

People Pleasing to Peace 💛
Do you feel guilty every time you put yourself first? Guilty for resting. Guilty for saying no. Guilty for wanting one hour that is yours. You are not the only one, and it is not who you are. It is a pattern, and it makes sense once you see where it started. This is a free community for women who look fine on the outside and feel gone on the inside. Women who survived the hard thing, the divorce, the burnout, the loss, and are trying to find their way back to themselves. When you join People Pleasing to Peace, the first thing waiting for you is a short quiz, Why Do I Feel So Guilty All The Time. It shows you where your guilt began and why it keeps running the show. Come in, start with the quiz. Stay for the room full of women who understand. Free to join. Come home to yourself. Mandy 💛 https://www.skool.com/rock-bottom-to-rebuild-rise-5073/about

Don't Recognize the Woman Looking Back at You?
Neither did I.....for years. I spent years saying yes when I wanted to say no. Putting everyone else first. Feeling guilty for having needs. Losing pieces of myself until one day I looked in the mirror and thought… “Who even is she?” If you’ve ever felt like you’ve disappeared inside your own life, you’re not broken. You probably learned that keeping everyone else happy was the safest way to survive. The good news? Those patterns can be unlearned. Inside my free Skool community, you’ll learn why people pleasing happens, how it quietly steals your confidence, and the first steps to finally coming home to yourself. No fluff. No toxic positivity. Just real conversations, practical tools, and women who are tired of abandoning themselves. If you’re ready to stop living for everyone else and start choosing yourself, I’d love to have you join us. https://www.skool.com/rock-bottom-to-rebuild-rise-5073/about
