I gave my brain one simple job: find proof that life is light and easy. 🌸 And oh, it delivered: 🪷The delivery man who left, hated his new job, and came back with his sweet energy. 📦✨ 🪷My daughter going to bed early so I could too. 🌙 🪷Someone almost hit my car… and instead of anger, I just felt grateful I was okay. 🙏 Same day. Same life. Different lens. 🔍 Your brain WILL find whatever you send it looking for, well at least that was my experiment this week and it worked!! I feel lighter then at the beginning of this week and I needed that!. And thanks to some interactions with @Janey Goude It became clear to me that this is something great to share and talk about together, to let it set even deeper in our brains 😄 So today… send it looking for light. 💖
