After watching @Jamie Sullivans live the other day on replay whilst at work, he mentioned card machines / readers for car boots and that. For anyone that’s going to eBay open, could anyone ask them if EBay would ever do card machines? Designed to only work with business eBay sellers when out in person selling, be that car boots, fairs, fetes etc, depending what you sell. So we know the main ones like sumup, stripe, even banks have them now for your phones. Could eBay do one, 1.5% transaction fee +20p eBay fee per sale. Or even 50p per sale with 0% transaction fee. Even if it’s on the eBay app so you can have it on your phone. Links directly to your ebay account. Would that be something people would use? Poll below. Also would that be something someone could ask at the eBay open?

I've been noticing that Ebay's promoted listing fee (not transaction fees) seems to be appearing up to 24hrs later after sale and even after posting. I'm sure it used to happen almost the same time as the sale and transaction fees. The reason I ask is I keep my own speadsheets and when they are add extras later I could miss them......or (***puts on tin foil hat***) are Ebay adding them later hoping I won't notice!!!

Morning everyone 👋 I currently photograph all my items using natural light, which gives me great results. The problem is, now the weather has turned, the light isn’t nearly as consistent! I’m also buying and selling larger items, so my 1-metre photo cube isn’t going to cut it anymore that I used last year. I’ve seen quite a few people using LED panels and ring lights, but because I photograph a lot of electronics with glossy plastic and screens, I’m worried about reflections and harsh highlights. I’m thinking a studio light with a large softbox/diffuser might give me a similar look to natural light. The only catch is that I photograph everything in my kitchen-diner, so whatever setup I go for needs to be fairly quick and easy to put up and take down each day. What lighting setups are everyone using? I’d love to see your setups or hear any recommendations, particularly from anyone photographing electronics or larger items. I have noticed Ebay have introduced bundle discounts. This is not a new idea it is coping Vinted's feature, but hey, I think it's a good idea if it helps boost sales. My question is though, and it may be to early to know, if someone uses a bundle deal on your store can they also use a store coupon or does it over ride that? Any thoughts on this or the bundle deal feature?
