🚀 ATTENTION LINK BELOW + BONUS Most people think the hardest part of real estate is finding a deal. It isn't. The hardest part is finding a deal nobody else is fighting for. That's the whole reason curative works. When a property has a title problem, most wholesalers and flippers skip right past it. They see a headache. They don't see that the headache is exactly what keeps the competition away. No bidding wars. No seller who already has six offers. Just an owner sitting on something they can't sell and don't know how to fix. That's where you come in. Your first deal usually starts the same way for everyone. You find a property where someone passed away and the title never got cleaned up. You reach out to the owner or the heir, not to buy their house the way everyone else does, but to solve a problem they've been stuck on for years. You buy their interest. You cure the defect. Then you have a property you can sell on the open market with real equity attached. The reason people get their first deal faster with this model is simple. Hey CI Fam! Our journey in business grows hand-in-hand with our personal transformation. We're humbled to share the Identity Statement Tech with you as you take a quantum leap in your evolution! Here are some best practices for this tech: 1. Speak your affirmations as if you’re auditioning for a 10 million dollar movie role. 2. Print out multiple copies and put them on your bathroom mirror, nightstand, work desk, refrigerator, car dashboard, etc. 3. Say your affirmations first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up, and right before you go to sleep at night. Your mind is highly suggestible during these times. 4. If you're challenged with a particular left-hand line, "lean on" the opposite right-hand affirmation. 5. Take a line within your Identity Statement that you want to focus on, and place it at the top of your statement, and "Lean on it"! You can repeat it like a mantra throughout the day. 6. If you find yourself struggling with a certain negative mental self-talk, limiting belief, or fear, immediately write it down on the left-hand side. Complete the exercise by writing the positive version on the right-hand side. Include this new line into your ID! 7. Begin your ID with "I am ____________ and who I am is...." and end it with "This is who I am because That is who I've consciously created and chosen to Be." 8. Journal your insights and realizations as this new ID permeates your subconscious and starts to reprogram your psyche. Watch the magic happen from Day 1 to Day 30! 9. Track your progress! Find a big print calendar and draw a smiley face on each day you've successfuly read your ID. Celebrate when you've accomplished 30 consecutive days! 10. Share your affirmations with another person, ideally, every day for 30 days straight. This person should 'keep it real' and let you know if you're not reading with belief!
