Service plans
When you guys (if you do) do service plans, what value do you provide? Thinking of doing example 3 year house wash plan, biannual gutter cleaning, quarterly and biannual exterior window cleaning

Yard signs
Just did my first couple days of yard signs at a volume of about 125 a night I would say roughly 40 to 50% of been picked off already but we’ve gotten four calls, one confirmed job for a total of $5237 boom

Pros: Haven’t been lower then a $1k average since we got Virginia, working on a VoIP so my Va can make calls, but she’s already catching on quick, handling emails and ad leads to the extent she can along with scheduling those clients. Along with getting familiar with responding to reviews, keep Google up to date, and gonna be posting for us. Mostly that stuff in free time / when needed. Cons: probably firing my only tech but I got 2 candidates, one with prior experience which seems rare so I’m interview this weekend more then likely. If not early next week. Along with a client 22 days past net pay, not the best feeling but about to look into collections or something to resolve issue quicker, it’s $3k he owes. No complaints or anything lol, he loved the work.
Question!
Hey boys it’s my first time posting something on here, love the community and what you guys are doing on here, what’s everybodys go to chemicals that you guys love and wish you discovered it earlier
