VAs
Anyone have any experience hiring VA's? Besides answering phone calls, do you have them do anything else in the business? I'm wondering how they compare to hiring someone local for an admin position.

Ours answer phones, follow up with quotes, setup email campaigns, respond to Google reviews, post on social media and Google business profile (photos and updates), and update SOPs whenever I think of stuff for techs, or anything that they did that was a mistake that would be good for future va’s once we get a second to add into there sops.

Also I’d go the VA route, in house admin is more expensive and ours has a small accent but everyone loves her.

Service plans
When you guys (if you do) do service plans, what value do you provide? Thinking of doing example 3 year house wash plan, biannual gutter cleaning, quarterly and biannual exterior window cleaning
