The CalSync ads show different events in different colors. All of my events show up gray on my RP Pro. I have the color option checked in the Create Planner option, and I have events in different color categories in my Outlook Calendar. What am I missing?

Select Diagnose on any connected calendar or use Check a calendar feed under your plan to fetch the calendar immediately and see exactly what was returned when events appear to be missing.

I have the Vault license. I add items to my Outlook calendar but they do not show up on my planner unless I do a push. How do I get the auto sync feature to work. It is set to auto sync every hour, but nothing syncs automatically.
