FightCapital very own NOEMI has been doing an Amazing job at Demian Maia’s booth at the Wold Master BJJ Tournament!!! I witnessed her handling business with promptness and confidence. Never got intimidated by the line she had in front of her ! lol. Demian was promoting his book and it was pretty busy !!!! 👏👏👏 Congrats Noemi and Thank you .

I have some tickets for the Las Vegas Aviators baseball games this coming week at the Las Vegas Ballpark in Summerlin. There are games Tuesday through Saturday starting at 7pm, and the final game of the regular season on Sunday starting at 12:05pm. They are playing the Sacramento Rivercats, who are the affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. If you want tickets, let me know for which day and how many, and I will try to accommodate the request. My chiropractor gave me nunchucks because he said I can use them to warm up and strengthen my arms and shoulders. I’d like to use them but don’t know how without feeling like I’m going to hurt myself. Does anyone know how to use them? If so, please post a video or a link that can help a beginner. Thanks!
