Questions About Using AI To Launch Offers and Get Clients?
I believe a lot of AI education out there looks and sounds cool but is complete nonsense and is ultimately uselsss. Hermes, Manus, Open Claw and all these complex workflows often cause us to work harder, not less. Same with Obsidian demos that are actually horrific to use with AI (those big web things where all these notes are connected ). So I'm planning either a workshop or 4 week sprint on using AI to get buyers and clients easier and faster than ever before. But before I build something nobody wants...what would you LOVE AI to be able to do for you? Or what have you tried to get AI to do...but it absolutely sucks at it? Nothing is off the table

Help with being a better coach. You've already brought the 'productized' half. Seems to me that: - - "Productized" is the sales and marketing process that gets you paid leads. - "Coach" is what they really want to pay for. Do both right and you have repeat leads, and repeat clients who ascend. Get one half wrong, and you either don't have enough paid leads, or churn is awful. Front end will benefit from great 'productized' stuff and the backend is mostly about 'coach' things- "is this guy a good coach worth my money?". I appreciate that most people who come here, may already make money from coaching, or aspire to. They believe marketing is their achillies heel. Your comment to me the other day about the coaching book in the whatsapp was "This is a good one but I can barley remember it." which is great, but I'll love to know what you've forgotten about coaching. What got me thinking about this was having to figure out the creative process to extracting my own experience into something that people could use. An example being "Dad's hearing guide" With hearing, there's a huge difference between volume and clarity. When somone suffers acquired hearing loss, clarity seems to become a bigger issue. I notice it most in family scenarios. My daughter might say something - I hear it, but my brain doesn't turn it into words. The noise doesnt convert to coversation all that well. Its impossible to concentrate that much all the time. Something really simple like this can cause huge arguments, especially with children who just don't understand. I thought to devise a printout pdf that I can give to my kids that explains the difference between volume and clairty. Any familyman or mum with hearing loss will snap that up. Attached is a shitty 1 minute Claude-generated one which has not left my pc yet, but you get the idea. Nothing like this exists in the world. The National Health Service only ever gives out v basic shit, nothing for your relationships or work. So I wonder how many of the 1k+ people you have here would just like to be a better coach, and learn from the best (you are mate) in terms of teaching someting we all need very well. But what you've done Zac is become your own 'category of one'. Not because its a fancy phrase, but you've created loads of unique tools that help people with marketing. Your coaching style is what keeps us all here!
Real Talk, Do You Like Skool?
I'm genuinely curious your take on using Skool. I'm in circle, Whop, Discord, Whatsapp, custom platforms and Skool groups. With this one, there's some things I like some things that grind my gears. Curious your thoughts 👇

I wouldn't say I hate it, hence why I chose the second option in the poll. I like the Classroom snd Calendar, but much prefer WhatsApp for the Community stuff. Only here now as I read your email telling me/us to come here.

Wins!
Everyone Please Congratulate Zoran!
@Zoran Drobnjak mentioned to me that he's spent $2,000,000 on ads and was never able to make a profit on the front end. Now with his Micro Offer up he's making sales spending around $300-$600 per day and profitable. Love seeing the wins of getting buyers vs running ads to freebee seekers.

Lessons From a $41K Day in Profit + Poll For Next Workshop
I'll start off with saying webinars are A LOT of work if you're selling direct to cart. So it's Friday, I can lift my head up from the initial launch (have another live one Saturday). For context, I've been working on a webinar for a while for our publishing partner. And I mean...a while. Thought I had the original draft after I created it with Claude only for it to be complete and utter garbage. So I burned that down and started from scratch. The messy middle of learning something new is messy. But I wanted to go deep into the trenches of running a good webinar. And the other day, was definitely a success. Had 220+ people live and 41K collected in backend sales without calls. Not a bad start even when the screen was so blurry you couldn't see the finer text and a whole range of tech stuff went wrong 😂 So for simplicity here I'm going to break down what worked and what sucked. What We Need To Get Better At: First Creating Webinars FASTER My gosh, webinars! In the end, the content and everything for the webinar was absolutely 🔥 But at the same time...it took so damn long to build. Learning from Jason Fladlin's program, who's one of the best at webinars, he scripts out all of his webinars and THEN turns it into slides. My idea was to use AI to do a huge chunk of this and honestly it cost me more time than it was worth. Simply because the voice came out wrong, a bunch of stuff wasn't true and it didn't flow well. It just made a bunch of stuff up and even though I was using literally the best Claude models, it still just didn't work well. I would say AI is probably really damn good here if you're trying to bullet something out and rant. Also way more forgiving if you're booking calls or lower ticket price. But we wanted folks giving us 3K paid in full of the webinar to a luke warm/cold audience. My partner and I frantically going through the deck after 2 referrals updating things making it better until late into the night to rock it. However looking back, know EXACTLY how I would do it in 1/4 the time now if I ever had to do one again.

"liquidate ad spend before they even hit the webinar by having a Micro Offer on the TY page of the opt-in" ~ money now always sounds good to me.
