Similar to strIQ squad but for commercial real estate only. Hi everyone, I'm excited to join this community! I'm an STR operator that has been invested in short term rentals since 2013. My business partner and I currently own about 15 properties with 45 total under management across 6 markets at our PM company ( Coolbnbs.com ) and I'm also an active broker at EXP Realty in Charlotte NC.
