@Celyn Wong Hello and welcome!
Small actions to build confidence & motivation
Confidence and motivation usually build from small actions, not from waiting until you feel ready. - Start with one small goal you can finish today. - Do something you’re already good at to create a quick win. - Don’t compare your progress with other people. - Take a few slow breaths when you feel overwhelmed. - Remind yourself of things you’ve already overcome. - Give yourself credit for progress, even when it feels small. - Keep going even on days when motivation is low. Sometimes motivation comes after taking action. You don’t have to feel confident before you start. Sometimes confidence comes from starting and seeing yourself follow through.
Finding calm while living alone abroad 🌿
Living abroad on my own has taught me a lot about independence, but it also comes with moments of stress and loneliness. There are days when everything feels overwhelming, especially when there’s no one nearby to immediately talk to or lean on. One thing that has become very important to me is breathwork. When stress starts building up, I take a few quiet minutes to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be present. It may sound like something small, but focusing on my breathing helps me pause instead of reacting to everything around me. It gives me a little space to clear my mind and regain my balance. I’m still learning how to manage the challenges of living abroad alone, but I’ve realized that taking care of my inner peace is just as important as taking care of everything else. Sometimes, all I need is a few deep breaths to remind myself: I’m okay, I can handle this, and I can take things one day at a time.

@Brewtally Awesome l Admin Thanks! As of now, I don't use an app for breathing exercise, but will try using it in the future. Any suggestion?
Clearing my head
There is something about taking a bike out into the raw elements that completely clears out the noise in your head. Lately, I have been thinking a lot about what it actually means to upgrade your life. A lot of people think it is about finding a perfectly smooth, comfortable path. But for me, the real growth happens when you are actively navigating the messy parts. On this ride, we spent hours pushing through thick mud, deep ruts, and unpredictable terrain where one wrong move means you are going down. Your mind has to be entirely locked into the present moment. You have to trust your machine, trust your instincts, and keep your eyes focused on where you want to go, not on the obstacles right in front of your front tire. When you finally break through the treeline and hit the ridge, the view changes everything. You get to look out at the horizon and realize how small your daily anxieties actually are. To me, joining this space is exactly like this ride. It is about building the grit to handle the rough patches so you can finally enjoy the view from the top. I am stoked to be in this space with everyone here.

What a beautiful day to start with! It's exciting to drive a motorcycle and rest on top of a hill, and look around the scenic view below.
Hello beautiful people! 🌍✨
As we work together toward building a better future, I want to know: what is one small, daily habit you’ve brought into your life recently that makes you feel more grounded or connected to the world around you? For some it's a morning tech-free walk, for others it's a specific mindfulness practice. For me, it's waking up, and stretching my body and 5 minutes of silence. Share your wins below, I’m looking for some fresh inspiration today! 👇🌱

What makes me connected to the world is by strolling along the tree-lined avenue near to where I live early in the morning, around 5, and then enjoy the fresh air. While doing it, I talk to God and thank Him for a brand new day.
