How do custom orders work? I’ve messaged Printshrimp but doubt I’ll get an answer before Monday. My question is, I have a potential customer asking for a print 24x30, which isn’t a standard size. Will the print be printed edge to edge with no white boarders? Anyone have the answer for me please? I’d like to message her back before Monday, if I can. Thank you, you lovely bunch. 😘

So PS dispatched a poster on Tuesday - great. Royal Mail today says it is still waiting for it: “More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network.” Crikey! I foresee a lot of bother if this is usual RM timings. It’s rubbish. Was I supposed to upgrade to something else or is this experience unusual? Thanks 😊

To advertise on Etsy or not to advertise on Etsy, that is the question????? Worth it or waste of money?????

Hi all, I started my etsy store (https://lumaatelierstudios.etsy.com) almost a year ago but have only been consistent the past 2/3 months. I have around 200 listings currently and I am posting 5 more daily. Ill have a week like 2 week ago where I did £300 in sales, but then hardly anything for 2 week after, its very on and off and I have one listings in particular that carries the majority of my sales which is this (https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/4501458751/olive-botanical-wall-art-mediterranean?ref=listings_manager_grid) - can anyone check over my store and see where I can improve? or have more listings perform like the one I linked. I tried to make variations of that listing to repeat what works but nothing even gets close to this one in terms of performance for me. any recommendations or tips would be great.
