My first Q4, I treated it like a normal month
I started selling in July 2022. Five months later it was November, and I did what most beginners do without realizing they are doing it. Nothing different. I sourced the same way. I sent my inventory in the same way. I did not touch FBM. I did not build a list of brands, I did not watch a single sale date, I did not think about my cash for one second. November showed up, I sold more than usual, and I felt pretty good about myself. Across that November and December I cleared somewhere around three grand in profit. For a guy five months in, that felt like proof I knew what I was doing. Here is what I actually learned, and it took me until the next year to see it. Q4 does not punish you for showing up unprepared. That is the trap. If you send in mediocre inventory in a mediocre way, Q4 still pays you more than October did, and you walk into January thinking you had a good season. You never find out what the season could have paid you, so you never change anything. I only saw it in year two, when I ran the same two months on purpose. Same guy, roughly the same skill. Different preparation. It was not close. Every Q4 since has taught me the same lesson in a slightly different way, and I say it to my students every single year: you are going to finish December wishing you had more money, more inventory, and more products ready. That is the whole game. So here is the version of it I wish somebody had handed me in September 2022. September is the month nobody respects September feels like nothing is happening. That is exactly why it is the most valuable month you have. September is for looking backwards and building lists. If you sold anything at all this year, go pull your data. Which brands did you actually sell? Which of those are you still ungated in? Which source websites came through for you, and when do those stores historically run their sales? Every one of those answers is a lead you do not have to go find in November, when you will not have time to find anything.

Repricing masterclass
I had the pleasure of having GoAura's Co founder on my channel for a repricing masterclass! This guy's team processes over 800 MILLION price changes in 30 days. Safe to say he knows a thing or two. We covered: - Why your price is outdated within 30 seconds of listing - The difference between rule-based and algorithmic repricing - How to actually win the buy box (not just guess) - Suppressed buy box — what it is and what to do about it - Canadian-specific repricing strategies This is the kind of conversation I wish I had access to when I started. 🎁 BONUS: Go watch the video, drop a comment on YouTube, then come back here and post a screenshot of your comment. I'll send you a list of 20 Canadian stores I source from every day for everyone who does it! Try go Aura today with this link for a 14 day free trial with no credit card required! (no brainer lol)

Beauty legit retailers
Are Stylevana and YesStyle.ca legitimate websites? Or is it better to buy from Sephora even though their prices are higher? Also, if I get an IP complaint on Amazon, will Amazon accept receipts/invoices from Stylevana and YesStyle.ca as proof of authenticity?

The weekends should be the time you use to build your escape from your 9-5 It's where the true winner's put their hours instead of partying I still work every weekend. I love this game. So Ask me anything about Amazon! Or general Ecom

when is the good time to change from sole proprieter to corporation?
One year ago...
One year ago I was still selling in the USA I was waking up every day in fear that my business would be destroyed by tariffs I was stressing, but i never gave up. In june of 2025 is when i started gameplanning my transition to selling back on amazon Canada Come August I was 100% domestic - and in october I did 70k in sales 100% canadian... then december hits and I did $117,000 in sales... All Canadian sales One year ago is when I started to gameplan on taking Youtube seriously. If you look back at my videos a year ago, they were nothing like now. A lot can happen in a year. I went from an established US seller living in canada to a established Canadian seller, selling locally, i'm a software owner(CanFlip), I have the only youtube channel talking to canadian sellers every week and I run a successful Coaching Cohort Program. We tend not to stick things through long enough. Keep sourcing, keep showing up everyday and you'll stay winning
