Yo G, good to see you here my guy. Split the 3 months into 3 phases of 1 month each 1st month you can include a bit more aerobically dominant work with steady state/intervals. And then do once a week of Assault Bike Sprint Intervals but start off with 10s on/90s off. Longer recovery, more power in the efforts. For the strength side, you can focus more on max strength work here but also include some reactive work (Plyos/throws) and also some hypertrophy work to build muscle tissue (makes the cut easier bro, especially if 24h weigh in, more stored glycogen to pull from) Second month, now you’re shifting to more speed strength work. Shortening the rest for bike intervals, dropping the volume of aerobic work (you will get a lot of the benefits from skills training). Then the third month, we start to focus more on peaking and then getting the taper right. Power work and for the assault bike sprints, focus on more capacity work (shorter work and rest intervals). High intent, low volume. Less is more in this case. Good luck my brother 🤝
