@Roberto Srpak I’m so glad you found it valuable. I love the conversations and connections it sparks!
🫤 Your labs came back normal. You still don’t feel like yourself. Both things are true.
“I don’t feel like myself.” That’s the symptom no lab test can find. Your bloodwork comes back normal. Your doctor says everything looks fine. And you walk out to your car thinking… but I’m the one living in this body. And something is off. You’re not imagining it. “Within normal range” and “feeling like yourself” are two completely different things. Here’s what I don’t feel like myself usually looks like in perimenopause: → Waking at 3am with your heart pounding for no reason → Crying at a text that wouldn’t have touched you two years ago → Walking into a room and forgetting why you’re there → Snapping at the people you love most → The flatness where your spark used to be None of that shows up on a requisition form. All of it is real. Inside Embody Her Glow, we know this symptom well and we don’t wait for a number to validate what you already know. Want to know if perimenopause is the reason? Take my free Perimenopause Quiz. It takes 2 minutes, and it’ll show you which of your symptoms are hormone-driven and what your body is actually asking for. 👉 https://gyholistichealth.com/peri-quiz You know your body best. The quiz just helps you put words to it. 💛 Comment below:⬇️ what was the moment you first thought “I don’t feel like myself”?

Oh, my goodness. The walking into a room and having no idea why you are there... I walk into the pantry and it's not even that I forget what I am looking for, I forget that I'm even there to look for something! I stand in a daze for god knows how long before I snap out of it and try to figure out why I am even there!!!

@Gaby Yassinskiy Absolutely!
What Are You Actually Building with Your Skool?
There are a LOT of ways to build a Skool community. Free. Paid. Freemium. Low-ticket. High-ticket. Community-first. Coaching-first. Content-first. Lead generation. Client delivery. The problem is that most of the advice out there starts with: “Here’s what worked for me.” Then you are handed their pricing, their engagement strategy, their call schedule, their gamification system, and their funnel. Except you do not have their business. You do not have their audience. You do not have their topic. You may not even want the same outcome. Before deciding how to build your Skool community, there is a much more important question: What do you need your community to DO? That is where I believe the strategy should start. And that is exactly where we start inside the Standard Tier of the Your Best Course Build Lab. Not with someone else’s blueprint. With yours.

@Rasheed Hooda So true! I love your message so much because being a successful entrepreneur is about capitalizing on what makes you unique, not trying to be someone else!

A Busy Community Is Not Necessarily a Successful Community
It is very easy to become obsessed with engagement on Skool. More posts. More comments. More points. More challenges. More activity. Activity can be useful. But activity is not the same thing as success. I come at this as an educator. In education, we do not ask students to do things simply so they look busy. We ask them to do things because those activities help move them toward an outcome. I think community design should work the same way. For one community, daily conversation might be essential. For another, the important behaviour might be attending one call a month. For another, it might be implementing something, making a connection, or taking the next step in your business. Inside the Build Lab Standard Tier, I help you decide what meaningful participation looks like for your community. Then you can stop chasing engagement for engagement’s sake. Join us today! Upgrade to annual for a 39% savings and a strategy hour with me so that you get unstuck and start making decisions you can feel confident about!

@Peter Di Giorgio Such an important point!
Hear What Past Clients Are Saying About Working With Me!
One of the biggest problems I see in the online business space is people being taught a single model as though it should work for everyone. Different businesses need different strategies. Different audiences need different experiences. Different topics need different structures. That is why the Build Lab is not built around copying someone else’s formula. One of my clients put it this way: “The one size fits all stuff that others are teaching doesn't work. There is no science behind it, no academic research. This program is on the complete opposite spectrum. I just can't say enough good things about it, and I say that with the utmost sincerity.” T.S. Another said: “Shannon’s deep professional expertise on this topic is that major difference and provides real value, unlike any other course I took.” M.V. That is exactly what I want the Build Lab to provide. I bring a Master’s degree in Education, more than 25 years of experience in curriculum and course design, and firsthand experience successfully monetizing two very different Skool communities, including one in the top 1%. I am not teaching you to recreate my community. I am using my experience and expertise to help you figure out what will work for your business, your audience, and your topic. For people in the Premium Tier, that same approach extends into course creation and learning design. As one established course creator shared: “Her innovative insights and strategic expertise brought a fresh perspective I hadn't experienced before as an established course creator.” J.D. You do not need another formula to follow. You need the knowledge to make better decisions about what you are building and why. Join us today!
