Testimony (Morning’s Call)
This morning’s call reminded me of a tough season I recently came out of.. it felt like it was one thing after another and I couldn’t catch a break. I had prayed for the Lord to help me get my own place for me and my son and he did just that. But I didn’t know how to steward what he had given me.. My business was down, my son was having behavioral issues so I couldn’t really work because I had to support him the best way I could. I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I was battling childhood trauma. I felt the stress of everything in my body. I ended up losing my apartment, I got my car broken into. But even in the mist of everything the Lord granted me grace. I had to cut my lease early and would’ve had to continue paying if nobody rented it out, but someone actually did right when I was getting ready to leave. Then when my car got broken into, I had left my wallet with money in there, but surprisingly they didn’t take anything. I tried so hard during this season to stay close to God. Days I couldn’t get out of bed and trying to find the lessons in everything. This season stretched for almost a whole year. Now I’m seeing the blessings on the other side. I’m in a much better head space. I have a roof over my head. My son is doing much better and even got a student of the month award for Character, Strength, and Encouragement. I even was able to create a journal and devotional based on the lessons I have learned thus far. Thanks to the encouragement of this AMAZING group. There’s still areas I’m continuing to grow in and build, but I feel more equipped now to handle the battles of life. Thank you Jesus for saving me 🙏🩷

@Blanca Sandoval May God continue to bless you and your precious son. Your testimony bears witness to just how faithful God truly is. He has us in every season. 🙏🏽
Grace in the Downpour 🌧️🤎
If I’m honest, the storm in this season feels more like a downpour. My girls have been sick, my car is out of commission, and while I’m holding on, I’ve definitely prayed, “God, okay… can this pass already?” 😅🙏🏾 Tony Gaskins said, “You don’t have to sprint through every storm!” Whew. I needed that reminder. I’m learning to take this season one day at a time to care for my girls, receive help, rest when I can, and bring my honest feelings to God. I can trust Him and still be tired. I can be grateful and still want relief. Today, embracing the storm looks like giving myself grace while I walk through it. One prayer. One breath. One next step. God is with me here, too. 🤎 What would giving yourself grace look like today?

Carla ~ Thank you for this reminder. 🩷 I too am temporarily without my car, which was also my little mobile office. I would much rather be out and about enjoying this beautiful fall day. So today, GRACE looks like opening my home office window, enjoying the view, working on my assignments, and being grateful for what I do have. We got this! 🙏🏽🍂

If You Missed Today's Call
Hey! I'm not sure if you're making the calls Tuesday-Thursday at 8amEST, but it's something going on them calls. I'm feeling a move on them, and they are going to shift some things in the atmosphere, so if you don't make the live call, make sure you visit the Classroom and listen to the recordings of the Walk + Talk calls when you need a boost, inspiration, or support! They will bless you. I'm talking to myself in them, and sharing them with you, too.

Stop Giving Up
Yesterday A family member was telling me that they may not be able to make it financially and they don’t know what’s going to happen. Me being me I said you never know, everything will be fine. They was worrying and stressing, little did they know a blessing of $100 was sent to them this morning. I spoke to them and they said that was right on time and I said that’s why I tell you to stop worrying. You NEVER know how God will move things for you, so don’t give up and don’t worry.
