Preview of Hidden Patterns Quiz
If you're coming from Human First/AI Driven Summit this week or are an existing member of this community, I have a gift for you, my Hidden Patterns Quiz. The backstory is that I've been observing patterns my entire life. When I got into functional medicine practice, I noticed the physical, mental, and emotional patterns that my patients had. At first I saw them through the lens of biochemistry, physiology and nervous system regulation, but as I healed and grew myself and added the emotional and spiritual tools to my toolbox my lens expanded. I could SEE how profoundly interconnected everything was. So to help me illustrate that to my patients, I created this quiz (it started off as a static check box but is now an app). It connects the dots on how our physical, mental, emotional, and relational may be contributing to our life and current state. Your low back pain, tension in your jaw, reflux and indigestion, anxiety, indecision, not speaking up to keep the peace, and self sabotage are all related (just an example I see often😉). The quiz invites you to bring awareness what might be connected for you, if there are repeating patterns, and opens the possibility of asking what can shift if you see things from a different lens. Here is the link: Hidden Patterns Quiz Over the coming days we're going to dive into it further. I also want to ask a simple poll question: Do you fully see how everything in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body is connected?? I'll tell you what I've observed in 20 years of working with people in the comments.

@Stephanie Davis Just going through the questions on the quiz, made me more aware how we are so connected to the patterns of our lives and carry them on & on... The question I liked that brought much awareness, is I do wonder what's next... Well that 'what next thing' is in the way of me "just living with no worries." From living on survival mode, a big part of my life I felt like I needed to always be ready for the next anything... ...And today the truth is, I really have no real worries in my life. I want to taste "Just Living Life" I feel life is really here for the taking for me... I just have to welcome something I am not use too. These last 23 years I really worked at having stability in every area of my life and now that it is accomplished on the positive, I'm almost kinda lost...I am actually raising my head to see, it's done Sonja you did it... But I still wonder what shit going to hit the fan... then I say what's next....This has got to STOP...🛑 I will move forward in my new canvas. My new chapters of life...I survived!

@Stephanie Davis It does seem that I am able to let my guard down a bit...What would make me feel safe is the person close to me keep their word in the direction the trajectory we were place on together...It's like I am not working out what no longer serves me, but what no longer serves us and our lifestyle. So good so far, and I am feeling a bit safer like we are finally going to move forward from what no longer serves US! Thank you wonderful Lady...🌸🌸🌸
Can You Relate to Feeling Misunderstood? (or not truly seen)
In another community we were asked to describe our ideal community member and I've struggle with this in the past, but today it flowed so much easier and I wanted to share it with you. She is a midlife woman who's already done some self-work but knows she is still living inside old patterns she can’t think her way out of. People see her as intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but she wants more than that and doesn't relate to that version of herself anymore. She deeply craves connection through stronger relationships, more confidence in her words and actions, and a life or business that feels more like hers (and not what's expected of her). What keeps her awake at night is the gap between what she understands and what she can actually change. She asks herself, "Why am I still anxious, triggered, overthinking, people-pleasing, holding back, repeating the same patterns, or afraid to fully be seen?" *********************************************************************************************************** That was how I replied. I can relate because I've been there too. At one time just a few years I had so much internal resistance because I felt so disconnected to the version of me the world saw and the version of me that existed within me. I ignored it for a while, until I couldn't. It nearly broke me and I'm so grateful every day it did, because it forced me to honor myself by releasing the stories and emotions that had been holding me back like a self-imposed prison. As I shed those layers I slowly began remembering me and as that process unfolded my power, voice, and confidence returned. But the biggest gift is emotional freedom- I'm no longer consumed by or get caught up in other peoples' opinions, stories, or narratives and I'm not triggered by much of anything. If I do get triggered, it's an invitation to check in and see what I need. I'd love to know if you can relate? Do you feel misunderstood or unseen? Do you feel like people really know you? 💗

@Stephanie Davis Yes, Yes a resounding Yes.... I am that midlife woman doing the work from this crisis that women are having to heal from... Today at this point I want to say I am so grateful for beautiful Souls like yourself and other helping in the healing journey... In order to be our authentic selves... Thank you for this reflective post...
Are you a 🧠 or 💖 kind of person?
Most of the women I work with embody elements of both, but often feel they have to wear the mask of being practical and brainy to be acceptable, seen and accepted by the world. They're afraid if they show too much emotion or their spiritual sides people will judge and reject them. We dive into where these stories and feelings came from. So often it was when they were little girls expressing themselves, so they shut it off. I've been there too, especially because I was a scientist and a doctor. I had a very strong emotional and spiritual aside, and I suppressed it until I couldn't anymore. Midlife came and it said, "I'm gonna keep beating you over the head until you acknowledge who you are." And so I listened after a little bit of fear and resistance. I want that for you because it's absolute BS that we're conditioned this way. It's time to be deconditioned and choose yourself! 🥰💃🏼 How do you see yourself? Are there parts of you that you feel you need to hide still?

Is Confidence Connected to Forgiveness??
Forgiveness has been a theme coming up in conversations and sessions recently, and I had a little download to share with you about it. ✨✨✨🤗🤗🤗

@Stephanie Davis When you said "emotional freedom" I receive that...I am expanding more in emotional freedom. I learned something about forgiveness recently and this is on the other side of the spectrum...People that you think should come and ask for your forgiveness of their behavior toward you. If you wait for it, there is no freedom of emotions either, but... I felt emotional freedom, when a person passed that cause major trauma in my life recently. I realized through my breath after hearing of this death that I've been waiting on forgiveness that did not happened... but my breath gave out the freedom and my heart was glad...Crazy huh? Forgiveness really comes from the heart in order to expand...So I never took the time to forgive this person for what was done to me, because it was never asked... But had it been asked I know I would have forgiven somewhere for the expansion but it was for expansion there. So I wish for a peaceful expansion with your parents!

@Stephanie Davis Who would have thought that the healing journey would be such a process, the reflections, the letting go. Thank you for your share. ✨ This is good for me, a space to share and the realization of many are seeking a healing and an understanding...It's the only way the world can move forward is in healing & forgiveness... I sure received your ending words, maybe it was also my soul journey to heal this way too, because my apology was not part of the plan but I was able to breath it out and it sure felt and feel good... It just came to mind some people don't know how to ask for forgiveness, even though they may want to. I watched my husband learn how to and he did say it was difficult at first.. 🙏🏽🔥🌹
The Journey Begins (intuition vs inner critic)
Happy Tuesday Everyone! 🥰🥰🥰 Transformation, growth, and evolving in life and business start with tuning into your intuition and not your inner critic. Intuition and self trust guides us and build confidence, while the inner critic keeps us stuck in fear and indecision. Part of connecting with and growing that intuition is understanding that your journey is yours and it has MANY layers and dimensions. The infographic below illustrates many of the ways we grow, heal and evolve, but the most important part is YOU choosing what's best for YOU. On our journey here together we're going to tap into all of these areas in time, but we'll be starting with learning how to tap into yourself.💫💫💫 You can call it intuition, subconscious mind, or even higher self, but being able to clearly and confidently do that and listen to it (not edit it) is a skill and we're going to be starting that tomorrow. Where are you at with trusting your intuition and self?? Be honest! We're all human and perfectly imperfect. 🥰👇 Also, has midlife made this better or worse?

@Stephanie Davis Ditto 💥 I trusted my intuition, but looking back, I didn't have enough love for myself to use it properly. I found that I was immature in the way I used my intuition, I would shut it down to have the love of others, and end up mad when I knew that the relationship was no good for me, but I ignored my intuition..Today I do not deny my intuition anymore because I can remember when I used it in the game of survival it always lead to safety and peace! It wasn't until I was tired of pouring out so much love that my glass became empty from people pleasing! I no longer empty my glass intuition helps me keep love for myself.
