After a few breaths, bring your full attention to your hands. Don’t imagine. Don’t analyze. Just feel. The warmth of your hand. The movement of your breath. The subtle sensations in your body. Stay with this for 5 minutes. At the end, ask yourself one simple question: “Did I actually feel my body… or was I still in my head?” That awareness itself is the beginning of Tantra.
