🤖 Come Hire Emma With Me Tomorrow!
Join me inside Oracle Connections tomorrow at 8 AM Pacific as we hire Emma, the Email Writer! 📧🤖 But what does “hiring” an AI employee actually mean? We’re going to: - Give Emma the important context about your business + offer - Give her a clear job description - Put her to work in Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work - Test, give feedback, and improve how she works - Then look at how to schedule or automate the work she does This is the shift from asking AI to write an email to actually setting up an AI employee who knows the job and can get better at doing it. See you tomorrow at 8 AM Pacific / 9 AM Mountain! ☀️🤖 👉 join us

🔥 ROAST MY SKOOL ABOUT PAGE
I’m making a pretty big shift inside Claude Coworker Lab tomorrow, and I’ve been rewriting my About Page to match. The new focus is helping entrepreneurs stop doing everything themselves by hiring ready-to-use AI employees for their business. I’m close enough to this offer that I know I’m probably missing things. 😂 So please, ROAST IT. 👉 https://www.skool.com/claude-coworker-lab-2644/about I’d especially love to know: 🔥 Do you understand what I’m selling within a few seconds? 🔥 Is it clear WHO this is for? 🔥 Is there anything confusing or making you hesitate? 🔥 Where would you stop reading? 🔥 What would make you click JOIN? Don’t be nice just to be nice. 😂 I want the stuff I can actually fix. Drop your roast below. 👇 TIA! I appreciate you!

The end of starting over with AI every single day
Most people re-explain their whole business to AI every single time they open it. Fresh chat, same context, over and over. It works, but it's exhausting, and it's why AI can feel like more work instead of less. The unlock: treat AI like an employee, not a tool. You give it one clear job. You show it what good looks like once. Then you put it to work, notice what you fix, and feed those fixes back into its instructions and your business docs. That's what makes it smarter. Do it enough, and it just knows your business. That one reframe, from tool to teammate, is the whole game. I'm walking entrepreneurs through exactly this over six weeks inside the Claude Coworker Lab: 🟠 Hire your first employee 🟠 Refine it so it gets smarter 🟠 Grow your team 🟠 Automate the reliable ones By the end: 3 to 5 AI employees working for you, at least one running on its own. The Week 0 training goes live tomorrow, and we start building in Week 1 on Monday. Build it yourself with the trainings, or go hand-held with me in VIP. Join now so you're ready to build on Monday: here's the Lab. What's the first task you'd hand off? Tell me below. 👇🏼

@Donna Thornton, some kind of tracker-ongoing list with follow up date reminders sent to your inbox or updated on tour morning Dashboard. 💡

What if you could doodle your nervous system?
I wanted to pop in and share something I’ve been working on for quite a while because it is finally here! The Art of Regulation: Doodle Your Nervous System Journal is officially available for presale here. ✍️ I’ve spent years teaching people about the nervous system, and I one thing that I have learned is that learning doesn’t always have to look like reading more, studying harder or trying to think our way through things! Sometimes we need to use a different part of our brain. There’s something pretty powerful about putting pen to paper, slowing down and doodling. It can support attention, memory and learning, while also giving our busy minds somewhere to land. So I created a 12-week guided doodle journal that combines nervous system education with simple, playful doodling exercises. No artistic ability required. (Seriously!! Stick people and squiggly lines are welcome. 😂) We explore nervous system states, thoughts, emotions, boundaries, self-compassion, support, regulation and more, but in a way that feels approachable and actually fun. It’s currently available for presale for a limited time (and it includes the journal, worldwide shipping, bonus resources plus a bonus workshop once everyone has received theirs!). I’d love for you to check it out here. And if you know someone who loves journaling, doodling, nervous system work, or is looking for a different way to learn and connect with themselves, I’d be so grateful if you shared it with them too! ❤️

I can’t for mine @Leah Davidson! I’ve loved every doodling workshop of yours that I’ve been to and now this journal will give me the space to keep it up on my own timing! Thank you! 🙏
The Trap of Subscriptions and Recurring Expenses
When was the last time you consciously evaluated all of your monthly payments? We're working through the September Kickoff in Money Made Simple so we can feel good about our finances heading into the busy (and often expensive) holiday season. This week we're focused on organizing our financial clutter. Subscriptions and recurring expenses can definitely land in the clutter category! Here's our task for today: Look through all your bank/credit card transactions and identify recurring charges. Ask... Do I still use it? Do I still value it? Would I sign up for it again today? I'm not suggesting you cancel everything, but you should cancel things you answer NO to. We all (I'm talking to myself, too!) need to stop paying for things we aren't really using or don't value. If you choose to keep paying, do it intentionally. We often get in the habit of paying for these recurring items without stopping to consider them. If I look at my statement and see three things I'm sort of meh about, I could cancel and keep $30 in my account every month. That money could go to investments, savings, or make the grocery budget a little less restrictive. I talk a lot about thoughtful, conscious spending, and these automatic recurring payments make that hard to do if we don't go back and evaluate. Use your time today to make sure you're consciously paying for those every month.

@Jen Sullivan Yes! I’m constantly having to take a second look at my subscriptions because those monthly charges add up FAST. 😅 I put reminders in my calendar a few days before each renewal so I can make a conscious choice: keep it because I’m actually using it, or let it go for a few months and see if I even miss it.
