Marathon Monday!
A HUGE congrats to @Alison Jones for crushing the Boulderthon Marathon yesterday! You are now a MARATHONER!!!! We can't wait to hear all about it - your favorite moments, how you pushed through any challenging portions, and your finish line feeling! AND, @Annika Olson is set to tackle her first marathon this upcoming weekend at the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon on Sunday! How are you feeling? Any last minute tips you need? We are so excited for you! To top it off, @Rene Flores smashed the Boulderthon Half Marathon this past weekend! We hope you had an awesome experience there! We are so proud and excited for all 3 of you!!

@Sophie Adamson Thank you so much :)
Need your input!
Hey yall! I have a bunch of training plans and resources that I’d love to share with the group and am planning on adding to a “Training and resources” tab, right now I have plans for: - Beginner half marathon - Return to running 10 miles - Couch to 5k - Speed work for beginners Are there any other plans or workouts that would be helpful? Like different speed workout ideas, running “games”, mental tricks for long runs etc that you’d like to see? Thanks for the insight!

Thanks ya'll sorry for not getting back to you here!!! Running games - Similar "Fartlek" style games, I like to program some of my beginners "run scavenger hunts" instead of speed work!! So it'd be like "jog until you see a red mailbox or door, sprint for 20s, then back to jog until you see xyz". A fun way to break up the run! I've also got a few pre-programmed speed workouts that are good for beginners!
