No Pain, No Gain is a Good or Bad Thing to You?
I have rehab protocols I have used for years, they are pretty predicable for me in my practice in terms of length of treatment and effectiveness. When I put a patient in pain during a rehab the whole thing takes longer. With the exception of frozen shoulder and total knee replacement rehab (you have to bend the knee) I NEVER put patients in pain. Thoughts? Comment below...

I think some Pts cant distinguish pain or muscle soreness from working out. I did push my Pts a little with TKA, but not much. I recommend them to do PROM while at rest. For frozen shoulder, I agree that ROM will be achieved before the pain has gone
