Grease the groove
Hey I am training planche 2 times a week currently and my level is 5s open tuck planche/adv tuck planche. Im asking myself if i should implement gtg for planche holds (open tuck/adv tuck). On the one hand i heard that its too much pressure on wrists, ligaments etc. in addition to my regular planche training, but on the other hand also lots of people say how good it is. So im not sure what to do about it and be glad for any advice.

Just Got My First 5 sec Front Lever
Been doing Calisthenics for about 2-3 months now, and I just shocked myself with a 5 second front lever. Two weeks ago I couldn’t even hold it for 2 seconds & miserably fail every time I try. Was doing banded front levers for a few weeks & just hopped into it to give it a go & voilá. Crazy how fast you can progress with consistent banded progressions & core exercises.

Thats crazy but not doable for everyone I think. If for example u are above 6f and u have long legs as well its a lot harder then if ur short... Or are u this tipe of Person cause then I would be really interested how exactly u trained cause it would be extremly insane (Or u did gym/bodybuilding before?)
Front lever progression
Im currently able to hold around 15sec advanced tuck frontlever and frontlever with legs half extended is to hard (have no resistense bands), so do you know other progressions i could use?

Last Wednesday I just did my first muscle up (no chicken arm of course;))! We had PE and there was a bar with space above it (at home there is the ceiling and i only trained explosive pullups) and i just tried if i can do one now (i tried 1 time in the park and i couldn t) and i just did it. It felt really nice and i was a bit surprised but Idid it!.
