@Darren Wilde looks like there might be? I can now see my drafts etc but the listing to Etsy keeps failing via the bulk list tool

Bulk list still not working for me…

Website down?
The problem may be on my end but wanted to find out if anyone is struggling to login to Printshrimp. When I log in, it either logs me straight back out or when I go to create order there is no import order button, after a few moments it logs me out again.

I think there is definitely some site issues. I’ve managed to log in but it’s not showing any of my listings or drafts and keep getting logged out…

@Samantha Lumbar Definitely not just you - there’s another chat with people reporting issues too

Etsy updating titles
Etsy has recommended updating the titles of some of my listings via their AI tool. If I update the titles in Etsy does it effect the link with prinstshrimp as I used the bulk upload tool to get the listings up on Etsy? (Hope that makes sense!)

Etsy shipping profile
I’m just setting up my Etsy shop and the integration with PrintShrimp. When setting up my shipping profile in Etsy, do I enter PrintShrimp’s postcode here? If so, is it RM6 6AX?

@Bart Tutaj thanks so much! I’ve used the printshrimp bulk upload for listing my posters and I can now see I haven’t set up the international shipping… do I need to go into each listing (as my listings are currently showing as only delivering in the Uk) and update the shipping info (as well as obviously updating my shipping profile)?

Looks like it’s updated on all my listings, so answered my own question!
