We updated some of the back end tech to allow for each of your subdomains to show when you past your link, instead of showing as the core domain (txfhub.com) with Real Quick Funds coming up. Please text someone you love your link, and confirm that it's working right ... showing your company info and not Real Quick Funds. Caveat: If you've never updated your VIP white label site, it will not show your information because it doesn't know it 🤪 Let's get that updated first instead. Let me know if you need help.

Question for the group (and mostly for my own education). When submitting a deal where I will be taking over the payments on a property, plus stacking a seller carry, commisisons, and closing costs, do I put the purchase price as the total of all those amounts, or all those amounts less the amount I am taking over?
