How do you build your signature presentation?

This is such a solid framework — the "speak without notes" point especially resonates, since that's usually where confidence either shows or falls apart on stage. I'd add that once your signature talk is locked in, having a consistent intro (sound, not just words) for when you're introduced or opening a talk can make a big difference too — it primes the room before you even say a word. Small thing, but it adds to that "known for" feeling you're building toward.
