How much are you spending for new signs for the facility?
If you're renaming the facility once you take over, how much are you spending for the new signs? I know it will depend on how many and sizes. In general, how much are you spending? -Tommy

Does it matter if Seller or Purchaser selects the title company?
Looking at a contract where the seller selected the title company (local to seller) since he had his attorney draft the contract. Should I insist on selecting the title company to ensure they are not bias? I was not concerned about it, but my attorney is.

And who pays for the title policy? I know it's negotiable, but I think it's customary for Seller to pay even if purchaser selects the title company?

building signage
owners with larger facilities (many buildings) - are you labelling your storage buildings for tenants (showing on the side of the bldg "1-100, etc." If so where are you sourcing your vinyl stickers/signs? We'd ideally like to have large reflective vinyl numbers (or potentially make metal signs - although more expensive)

RODENT BAIT STATIONS
RODENT BAIT STATIONS - are folks using rodent bait stations at their facilities? Is it actually a good preventative measure? Have them at one, dont have them at another - debating what to do on our third that we're closing on soon. Thoughts?

Good idea to put them in empty units. I was just thinking of putting them outside. Do you supplement with some outside?

Grasshopper app - Can I keep the phone number?
The app will give me a new number that will be linked to my storage facility. If I decide I don't want to use Grasshopper anymore, can I keep the phone number? Would hate to have to update everything to use a different number. I don't have the app yet. Just thinking about this scenario.

I guess I won’t be using them. I can’t even create a simple account online or over the phone. I created a Support ticket to say that I just get an error message that says “something is wrong“. They can’t tell me what is wrong just that I can’t create an account because of security reason. I asked for more details. This is the response I got from them.
